Giardino di Bacco Catania In Catania

During our holiday in Sicily we stayed in both Palermo and Catania and had restaurant dinners every evening. We had wonderful food everywhere, but this restaurant was different in originality, quality and above all taste. Giardino di Bacco served us outstanding food [we had fish and vegetarian] and we enjoyed every single dish. It was definitely the best experience in Sicily! The staff is professional and helpful, always ready to offer advice without being intrusive. The location is welcoming and meticulously maintained, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a lunch with friends. Compliments to the chef and the entire staff—I will definitely be back. My girlfriend and I went to dinner for New Year's Eve. The place is very elegant and well-kept. The food is sublime. The only sore point was the bill we paid. For a miserable fried dish and two portions of three swordfish rolls accompanied by two glasses of wine, we paid 110 euros. The thing that annoys me the most is having paid 10 euros for a cover charge per person. I've never heard of such a price for a cover charge, or at least you expect that with that amount they'd give you something welcome, but that wasn't the case. I repeat, the food is delicious, but the mini portions and inflated prices left us with a little hunger still in our stomachs despite having spent 110 euros. One last thing, and not unimportant, at a certain point during the dinner, some ants climbed onto the table, so imagine my discomfort after paying the bill.

I love dining at this elegant and refined restaurant. The food is always excellent, and the dishes are sophisticated, elaborate, and able to satisfy every palate. If you want to be sure, this is a guarantee.
