Kayo is our absolute favorite, a timeless favorite where we always return with immense pleasure. The location is super chic, elegant, and meticulously crafted, perfect for a special evening. The dishes are unique, refined, and beautifully presented, a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. Topping it all off is impeccable service: the staff is always attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly fast, without ever being intrusive. We can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

A hidden sushi restaurant in Caltanissetta but I think one of the best I've ever tried in Sicily.

Super positive experience! The service and welcome were truly excellent: the staff was very kind and helpful, even helping us access the website via QR code for hassle-free ordering. The food was fresh and very good. The only thing I personally didn't like was the amount of rice in some sushi pieces, which were a bit too large and difficult to eat. The fruit sushi was truly delicious and super refreshing, while the dessert was indescribable: it literally melted in your mouth. We'll definitely be back soon :)
