Antico Forno Pollina in Trapani is a real hidden gem for us! We've been there twice and were thrilled each time. The bakery offers indoor and outdoor seating, and the interior is rather simple – but that's perfectly fine, because the quality of the food is what truly matters here. The cabucci (similar to panini) are particularly outstanding: freshly prepared, with a huge selection of toppings, and simply delicious. My personal highlight was the "Zu Munno" cabucci with grilled eggplant, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic glaze, and yogurt salsa. Incredibly delicious and perfectly balanced. (Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture.) Besides the cabucci, they also offer pizza slices and fresh bread, all of very high quality. Since the food is freshly prepared, there's a short wait, but it's definitely worth it. The service is super friendly, they also speak English, and they create a pleasant atmosphere. And the best part: the prices are extremely fair – e.g., For example, only €3.50 for such a treat. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to eat really well and easily in Trapani!
