The variety and deliciousness of the desserts, pastries, and gelato are truly remarkable, a true pleasure for the palate. I also had the pleasure of trying the deli, finding it to live up to my highest expectations. Furthermore, the restaurant area offers an equally positive culinary experience, with carefully prepared dishes that I thoroughly enjoyed. This café is undoubtedly a place to highly recommend to anyone seeking a complete, high-quality gastronomic experience, whether for a sweet treat or a delicious meal. Excellent value. A true gem!

12/06/2025: Family owned businesses are what I call a must-go-to establishment. Never disappointed by the food at this place, I tried something outside my “normal scope of practice”. The Stuffed Pepper. It was fantastic. I wasn’t in the mood for pasta (although my company got the ravioli-which they so kindly used vodka sauce) and the pizza appetizer was more than sufficient to fill my “carb craving”. This dish was excellent and the mix of ground meat along with the prosciutto was the perfect blend of flavor. Topped off with delicious red sauce and some parmesan cheese, i was in heaven. I’ve eaten here many times and I like the chicken parmesan as well as the lasagna, but sometimes it’s nice to think outside the box

30/04/2025: nice place. well cared for in the furnishings and matching colours. from the windows you overlook Piazza San Giorgio, yet another glimpse of Caltagirone. the pizzas are very good. excellent ingredients and high quality seasoning. and then, as we know, the eye also wants its part.... the attentive room service is friendly. the final caress is the "dessert", the restaurant's specialty. a gem of those that, as soon as you see it, you say "I'm full, I won't even taste it". but then, you don't just taste it. You don't even leave a morsel. If you are in Caltagirone and want to eat a good pizza, stop by.

29/07/2025: Restaurant on Malfa's main street. Traditional dishes revisited with seafood. I recommend the double-cooked octopus, simply wonderful. The service and kindness of the staff were also excellent. When we asked for the shrimp dish, after pointing out that two were missing, they brought them immediately and offered us a Malvasia wine to apologize. The desserts are also excellent; I recommend the tiramisu and the deconstructed cannoli. If you happen to be in Malfa, you absolutely must stop by.

01/07/2025: We went to dinner at this place attracted by the fork discount, correctly applied. The location is very well-kept, and the service is at an excellent level and very courteous. The food is good, nothing particularly exceptional, but all good and in large portions.

23/06/2025: The place is probably family run, very courteous, kind and helpful staff. Typical Sicilian dishes of excellent quality, honest prices. The menu is not very extensive, it was probably a choice of the management to focus on making a few well-made dishes rather than making many mediocre ones. If I were to return to Taormina, I will probably go back.

18/06/2025: What an absolutely dreamy place! This hotel was superb in every possible way. The pool was stunning and such a peaceful spot to relax. We loved that we could rent bikes for free — it was the perfect way to explore the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a real treat — fresh, varied, and honestly more than we could have hoped for. If you’re staying here, definitely try to join the pizza night! It was such a cozy, fun evening with delicious food. The tiramisu was one of the best I’ve ever had (and that’s a lot). A big thank you to the lovely receptionist — she was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Her great service really made a difference. We had an unforgettable time and would come back in a heartbeat!

01/06/2025: A beautiful, somewhat secluded hotel, ideal for relaxing, with a wonderful view of Mount Etna. We spent one night here. The complex is very well maintained. A little tip: be careful, Google Maps will take you past it, and the entrance is behind a gate, so keep your eyes peeled. We also had dinner there and enjoyed the wonderful menu. It was a little on the expensive side, but worth every euro. This opportunity should not be missed; it was a true explosion of flavors. The breakfast buffet and the dishes on offer were also of high and very good quality. The service was very attentive and friendly. We would choose it again in a heartbeat.

31/05/2025: A beautiful experience in this suggestive location at the foot of Etna! Clean, welcoming, modern style place. I was here for a Confirmation, we ate appetizers (many courses all rustic/Sicilian, including cold cuts, cheeses, olives, caponata, scacciata, fried bread etc). And a generous pizza round! The pizza with fine and crunchy dough, everything super good! I will definitely be back ☺️

06/05/2025: Very tasty food, extensive menu. The tiramisu is really fantastic! The downside is that the restaurant is very noisy. It is a large open space, so the sound lingers a lot.

27/07/2025: Excellent pizza! Following on from a previous negative review by the lady at table 14, I'd say she didn't quite understand the place's philosophy: the pizza, the service, and the food are the best you can get. It's just a shame the draft beer dispenser isn't working this evening.

Siamo stati da Grani Da Re e purtroppo non possiamo che confermare le impressioni negative: qualità dei prodotti scarsa rispetto ai prezzi, e cosa ancora più spiacevole, un’atteggiamento arrogante da parte della proprietaria. Invece di accogliere le osservazioni dei clienti con professionalità, risponde in modo scontroso e offensivo, senza alcun rispetto. Un comportamento inaccettabile in un’attività che lavora col pubblico. Non torneremo e sconsigliamo vivamente a chi cerca qualità e cortesia.

20/07/2025: Qualità decantata ma non confermata, cibo mediocre come lo è anche il servizio, bagno indecente e anche scarsa pulizia del locale. Caos di gente che passa vicino ai tavoli, litigi della proprietaria che disidice prenotazioni se si arriva con 10 minuti di ritardo o se mentre un commensale sta cercando parcheggio gli altri entrano a sedersi. Se non si entra tutti insieme, danno via il tavolo. Non seguono l’ordine di comanda, non vale la pena andarci. Già il posto è piccolo e angusto, figuriamoci con questo clima! Tutto fumo e niente arrosto, non lo consiglio per nulla.
