02/11/2025: Excellent service despite the busy restaurant. I regret not being able to eat outside due to the time of year, but the restaurant is simple and welcoming inside as well. Excellent quality food, excellent value. Recommended! I'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: We went here on our last night in Mussomeli. We were escorted to a rear dining room where we could see the exterior dining area. We went early in the evening, the dining area was quiet and the service impeccable. Our server spoke English well enough to make our experience easier and enjoyable. We were able to take our time without being rushed. By the time we were ready to leave, the dining room was busier, with families and children. Overall, a totally enjoyable experience, good food, great accommodations and outstanding service! We will definately return, the next time we're in Mussomeli.

13/09/2025: A very cute, modern ice cream shop. I asked the girl serving me about a flavor. She promptly grabbed a spoonful and I tried it. I really appreciated the girl's kindness and the flavor of the ice cream. A place where the pistachio tastes like pistachio. Very good, highly recommended.

30/08/2025: Yesterday I stayed at this seaside resort. It boasts a refined location, services that make guests feel at home, and an enchanting location with a view of the sea and Mount Etna. An oasis of peace, with a beautifully landscaped swimming pool nestled in the greenery of the park behind the main building. The real surprise was lunch: exceptional dishes, fresh, high-quality products, and attentive and knowledgeable wait staff. For these experiences, SAR gives an overall rating of 8.

26/09/2025: A very nice surprise! A very friendly welcome in a very small restaurant. The owner is very attentive and patiently explains each dish to us. We tasted very good Sicilian dishes that delighted our taste buds!! This place should become a must-visit for everyone!!

16/10/2025: Pastry shop in the center of Palermo. Excellent pastry shop, ideal for breakfast and snacks. The place is very charming, spread over two floors. Upstairs is the tea room where you can enjoy your order. The service is a weak point. The wait is very long if you sit down.

13/10/2025: We were there with 12 people for a pranzo, received a friendly welcome, and were seated. Then one delicacy followed another. Everyone was thrilled with the fresh Sicilian produce, which was beautifully prepared. La Locanderia is one of the best restaurants in its category that I've visited during my many stays in Sicily. 06/09/2025: Friendliness and kindness. Very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. We were offered coffee and liqueur with homemade biscuits. We'll be back.

04/11/2025: This place is great ! Yes you do need to make a reservation- and probably have to go in person to make one. Even though it’s 8 pm & only one table is full all the tables are reserved. Incredible fresh seafood at very reasonable prices. A must try in Catania, on the way out we booked a table for next week !!

29/10/2025: We only had drinks here, so I can’t comment on the food, but the selection of draft beers and spirits was great, and the bartenders were really friendly. Unfortunately, the cider wasn’t on tap, but the bottled one was still tasty. It would have been nice to have some salty snacks available — after a few drinks we ended up spending quite a bit — but that’s just a small suggestion and didn’t take away from the great atmosphere of the place.

01/10/2025: My friends and I visited this place, and even though we travel a lot, we've never received such friendly and welcoming service as we did today, courtesy of a Polish woman named Gracja. Thanks to her, we tried typical Sicilian specialties, which were delicious. We'll be returning to this place for the rest of our Sicilian vacation. Best regards.
