We came across this restaurant at the suggestion of a friend. Carmelo immediately welcomed us with a smile and let us taste the house specialties, from appetizers to desserts. FABulous family restaurant! The pasta at FAB restaurant is some of the best I've ever had. It's perfectly cooked and the sauces are rich and flavorful. I highly recommend pasta. The pesto is made with fresh basil, garlic, pine nuts, and Parmesan cheese. It's tossed with al dente linguine pasta and served with a side of grated Parmesan cheese. I highly recommend FAB restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Italian pasta experience.

Wow! Currently the best restaurant we have eaten at, perfect starter plate - everything is homemade and well combined - Lemon Ricotta was a delight & pesto pasta was just perfect. The owner is solo operator so be patient, it will be worth it.
