The fish of the day was branzino, we ordered it grilled and it was delicious! The grilled whole fish was filleted at table side. We will happy to have dinner at this restaurant and will return.

09/07/2025: Unfortunately, I was scammed. I should point out that it wasn't a single euro, but I'm not going to let myself be fooled! I ordered a pistachio granita that had absolutely no pistachios and paid €2.50 plus €1 for the chopped pistachios, which I didn't ask for and wasn't even added. Furthermore, I wasn't informed of this surcharge beforehand. For one euro, you lose customers, and I'm not sorry about that.

25/07/2025: Fast service and good availability for a couple of takeaway pizzas, a truffle pizza for the grown-ups and a margherita for the little ones. I think I remember it costing a little less than 20 euros. The restaurant and the atmosphere looked great, but it was our last night and we were in a hurry. Bottles of wine ranged from 18 to 35 euros.

20/06/2025: A nice surprise off the beaten track. Specialists in pinsa, a refined and simple environment inside a former factory where the exposed lava stone enhances everything. The choice fell on the classic horse meatballs which in Catania are a must on a bed of excellent caramelized onion and sautéed chicory, excellent bread. Excellent service, the only flaw is the background music which should be improved..for the rest the quality/price ratio is in line. Recommended

From the first moment, the atmosphere of the venue was refined and elegant, creating an ideal environment for a special evening or an important occasion. The furnishings with attention to detail, the soft lighting and the arrangement of the tables contribute to creating an atmosphere of pleasant intimacy and refinement. Another aspect that positively struck me was the friendliness and preparation of the staff. We were greeted with a genuine smile and accompanied to our table with professionalism. Throughout the dinner, the waiters were attentive to our needs, ready to answer any questions about the dishes and provide valuable advice. Their expertise in describing the ingredients and preparation of each course added a touch of value to the overall experience. A detail that I particularly appreciated is the attention that the Zamú Restaurant reserves for customers with specific dietary needs, such as the availability of gluten-free options. This demonstrates great sensitivity and inclusiveness, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the culinary offering without worries. Moving on to the food, our choice was based on two starters and two first courses, and I can enthusiastically confirm that everything was very good indeed. 05/07/2025: We went to the restaurant on July 5th and it was an unexpected but very pleasant experience. Everything is top: the location, the service and the food. There is quite a wide choice and the price / quality is excellent. I can recommend it to everyone.

03/07/2025: Just wow! The creamy pasta with sausage and mushrooms was one of the best pastas I have had in Sicily! Very flavourful yet perfectly balanced! Very generous portions too! We had the little patio all of ourselves which was beautiful, serene, and had great music! The owner was very kind and the setting is very unique (in an old castle)
