Excellent English is spoken at reception. The room was spotlessly clean. The entire complex is extremely well-maintained and captivating in its beauty. The only thing that could be improved: The pool area lacks atmosphere – it seems a bit plain. Perhaps more lush vegetation would remedy this. It's hard to put into words, but this is complaining at the highest level. Restaurant: The only explanation for some of the negative reviews is that the operators have made some changes. Personally, I found both the service and the food impeccable. The value for money is more than fair – almost too cheap. If only all restaurants in Sicily were of this standard! Conclusion: Bravo! A hotel and restaurant that I can recommend to my friends with a clear conscience at any time.

After many years of vacationing in Sicily, Baglio Donna Franca has still managed to amaze me with its setting, hospitality, and professionalism. The restaurant deserves special praise: excellent cuisine, authentic local products, and a rich, high-quality menu at a very affordable price. I hope to return next year!

11/05/2025: I have known Valerio for many years, so I could be biased, but precisely because I have known him for so long I know how much passion and commitment he put into building and consolidating Tumanji. Its sandwiches are unsurpassed, the quality of all the ingredients is excellent and what can we say about the inventiveness that sets it apart from the legendary sandwiches of the month! If you are a cinephile who loves good food, this stop is mandatory! And even if you are not a lover of the world of cinema, you will fall in love with the sandwiches and Valerio's enthusiastic friendliness, I assure you!

Such a welcome would make even the most mediocre company cafeteria pale. If you want to feel unwanted, this is the place. We ordered three cooked appetizers (each consisting of six mini portions), three first courses (the simply sublime Rotonda sul Mare "linguine with Mazzara red shrimp and tuna bottarga"), four desserts, a bottle of Franciacorta, amaro, and coffee on the house... for the price of €72... if you love good food, I highly recommend it...

A family-run beach, where the owner places you on the free beach and makes you feel part of his history, without formalities. Thanks to the caring lady and a special hug to the Cuban girl, who with a few words of Spanish built a bridge between Cuba and Sicily. From one island to another, without borders. Because this is Stravizio Beach: a place born from sacrifices, from roots that return to the South to restore beauty to their homeland. And those who do it with love, are immediately recognizable. Here, the sea caresses your feet, but it's your heart that truly gets wet. 💙 Ps. Even our mascot, CiccioMeo the donkey, a native son and adopted gourmet, found his moment of happiness: between a smile and a bit of relaxation under the umbrella, And yes, Cicciomeo approved: relaxation and good food, Stravizio Beach was just that: feeling at home. 🏡💙🏖️☀️ And then the people, the free beach, the laughter... we danced, chatted, laughed together. Because when the air is good and the heart is light, even a corner of sand becomes a celebration. This was one of the most beautiful Sundays ever. Thank you so much.

The cuisine truly deserves top marks. I savored the freshest seafood dishes, presented with care and creativity. I highly recommend the "round of appetizers," which allows you to sample the day's best dishes, and the mixed grilled fish, simple yet bursting with flavor. The first courses—such as the seafood linguine and the sea urchin linguine—are also exquisite, with generous portions and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and refined, without being ostentatious. The evening was even more enjoyable thanks to an excellent wine list that perfectly complements the dishes. The quality/price ratio is balanced: for the quality offered, the bill is more than fair. I highly recommend the restaurant to both seafood lovers and those seeking refined cuisine in an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere. I will certainly return and recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the best of seafood cuisine in Avola.

21/07/2025: We were there on Saturday, July 19th. I can say that it is a splendid restaurant with highly professional and helpful service, and a great deal of courtesy and friendliness. The dishes offered, such as the 40 euro fixed menu, are worth much more; all the food is extremely fresh. I would also like to point out that the Prow is located in the epic place where the Sicels landed in 1270 BC and gave Sicily its name. The owner is professional and incredibly friendly. We will be back next month; the satisfaction was immense. Thank you ♥️♥️

Ad accoglierci c’era la gentilissima Elisa, che con cortesia e professionalità ci ha aiutati nella scelta delle portate. Nonostante un improvviso blackout, il servizio è stato impeccabile: tutto è arrivato puntuale e abbiamo potuto gustare la loro fantastica pizza. Da napoletano, posso dire che merita davvero di essere assaggiata! Anche di fronte agli imprevisti, lo staff ha saputo mantenere la calma e far sentire i clienti completamente a loro agio. Se vi trovate a Modifica, fate un salto da loro: pizza e antipasti assolutamente da provare. Meritano!

02/07/2025: I do not recommend. We went there and they told us they will place us in the 3rd row without any explanation. We told them if we can at lest stay in the second row to see the child at the water and uninterested said no. Not friendly staff. We went at the next place and there was no problem to stay closer to the sea. It seems like there is a business interest there. If you are not in it go in other place.
