22/03/2025: Homemade quality food with very reasonable prices considering it is December 2022. Very rich mixed starter, paccheri with ragù and abundant mushrooms, normal mixed meat, a quarter of Novello wine, water and two coffees for only €34. The quality is not poor but not excellent either, I would say sufficient. The owner is an exquisite person.

11/04/2025: I go there often, but I absolutely avoid weekends where the confusion is really great. I think the variety of shops is the best among the shopping centers in the Catania area. There are many amenities. The staff is on average friendly.

22/03/2025: Not a simple dinner, but a real experience. The courtesy and attention of the staff is the first thing that catches your eye, right from the welcome. The passion and care of the chef and her staff are reflected in every dish. The dishes are beautiful, elegant and very tasty. Super positive note for the strings with grouper tartare and bottarga (of their own production). Each dish is explained in detail by the dining room staff, including the tasting of bread products produced by them. We were more than satisfied

The service is impeccable, very attentive and prepared and wants to put the customer at the center but at ease straight away, almost making them feel at home. Compliments to all the staff!!!

24/03/2025: We stopped by here on our arrival day from Taormina to Catania and were drawn in by our growling stomach and the good reviews. We were greeted very friendly and attentively and decided on two paninis at the table outside. Then we came into the shop and saw more dishes like pasta on a large chalk board. So we became curious again and the friendly chef asked us if we wanted to try pasta. He recommended a delicious dish that we definitely have to try. Then we decided on a pasta dish and a panini. The pasta was kindly divided between two plates and the panini was also cut in half. So perfect for sharing. Both tasted absolutely brilliant. Would definitely come here again. Prices really cheap and fair.

12/01/2025: I find the Piper to be an excellent venue, both in summer, when it is possible to spend splendid sunny days under the umbrella, enjoying an enchanting panorama and breathtaking sunsets, and in winter, when it presents a warm and welcoming atmosphere, cheered with excellent music and often live concerts. Super aperitifs, excellent cuisine, professional and courteous staff.

07/04/2025: Recommended to me by a couple of friends I convince myself to go, I'll start by saying that the only flaw I found was the parking given the area but, in about ten minutes I found it. Upon entering the restaurant we are greeted with smiles and kindness, friendly staff right from the start. They let us sit by choosing the table, a very nice and comfortable location and the menu presented to us is nothing short of wonderful, many innovations compared to other pizzerias. On advice (I think I am the owner) my wife and I take a sandwich as a starter, very good with raw meat and buffalo stracciatella, and some very good fried pizzas of various flavours. Afterwards I'll have a fat pizza with the addition of burrata (addition recommended by the staff) and my wife will have a pasta with pistachio cream and bacon. All very good and balanced in flavours, to drink we take a glass of wine and draft beer. To finish the dinner we are offered desserts made by them (and it shows as they are not of regular shape) and we take a brittle with a black cherry heart and a lemon cake, exquisite to say the least. Pizzerias like this in the San Lorenzo/Strasbourg area there are basically zero with quality for the price like this, highly recommended to definitely return. Everything is excellent.

The food tastes like it’s straight from Nonna’s kitchen👵🏼 – comforting, flavorful, and made with heart. We had pasta, fresh fish, and local wine – all absolutely delicious. And don’t even get me started on the dessert! 🍓The strawberry jelly was refreshing and light, and the local cannolo siciliano was the perfect sweet finish. Cozy atmosphere, warm hospitality – it felt like a real home away from home. Highly recommended from Georgians!🇬🇪

06/04/2025: We ordered a board with typical sausages and cheeses and the sausage was very salty and the cheeses didn't taste like anything. We ordered a salad and that's what saved us. It took 40 minutes to prepare a salad and the charcuterie board, very very slow We didn't come back again

05/01/2025: Try them -> • citrus panettone: dry and charred underneath; • pandorato at Kinder Bueno: dry and with very little filling (with the guns 4 out of 5 slices didn't have it); Both with an annoying yeasty aftertaste. This quality is expected from industrial products, certainly not from artisan ones. Two stars instead of 1 only because the creams were actually good. Never again. 13/04/2025: Very good, undoubtedly the best pizza in Milazzo. Even though I took the one full of pistachio, which is usually very heavy, it was very light. Furthermore, the pizzas arrived quickly and the prices were honest, highly recommended

23/03/2025: In the heart of the market area, at the Capo, there is this tavern with excellent fish and meat dishes, with appetizing menus outside. The staff is professional and friendly and is able to recommend dishes and wine pairings very well.
