13/02/2026: Good, nice, and cheap. The beef was tender and flavorful, grilled to perfection. The side vegetables and fries were delicious. The pasta alla Norma and the gnocchi with béchamel sauce and sausages were perfectly cooked. The waitresses were very friendly. The price was more than reasonable. We'll be back.

10/02/2026: Had an occasional business lunch during a trip to Sicily. The food was excellent, simple but very well prepared and tasty. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and definitely informal. It's worth a try.

22/03/2026: What can I say... definitely the best restaurant in Messina for excellent seafood. Unmissable from start to finish, the appetizers were mind-blowing, the first courses were truly wow-worthy, and finally, a simple amberjack steak for the second course, cooked to perfection. The only thing I can say is that between the first and second courses, I left the table with my daughter, and after a few minutes we cleared the table as if we were ready to leave. However, I would never dare deduct even half a star because they honestly hadn't realized we were also ordering a second course. The restaurant was recommended by a very dear friend, and I only have one thing to say: I've recommended it as of today, too. I can't wait for Sunday to book here again.

19/10/2025: We just spent a week there during the fall break. The complex is very well-maintained and modernly furnished. We had an apartment with our children consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, as well as one bedroom. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette had pots and enough dishes, so we could even whip up a snack now and then. However, we suspect we are among the rare guests who take advantage of it... 😉 Since there were four of us, we would have preferred a closet instead of the open clothes rack. But we just managed to fit everything in our suitcases... For more than a week, it would have been too small for the four of us... The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. We also booked breakfast with our apartment. It was always very plentiful, and you could reorder anything if you were missing something. You could make your own juice, which we used every day. Besides sausage and cheese, there were also various egg dishes and bacon. Since the complex is very small, you don't have to wait in long lines at the buffet. Everything was very tasteful! We went outside for breakfast whenever possible. Then you can sit in the sun with a wonderful view of the sea.

03/04/2026: A nice restaurant in the center of Catania with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when they arranged a table inside for us with a stroller, which we really appreciated. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. My smoked pizza was not bad, but in Italy I expected more – the dough felt below average and quite greasy. The Margherita pizza was similar. On the other hand, the tuna steak was excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. For dessert, I had a chocolate tartlet with salted caramel. It was good, but I would personally suggest adding flaky sea salt instead of whipped cream to better balance the sweetness. Overall, a decent choice for Sicilian food in Catania, but with room for improvement.
