21/01/2026: Good pizza but the quality has dropped a lot from before.

19/01/2026: A pizzeria in Catania near the city center, with a modern atmosphere and a good selection of appetizers, salads, and pizzas. The dough and quality of the ingredients are good. I didn't like the fact that, having chosen burrata as an appetizer, they didn't serve anything to accompany it, no bread, or you had to pay for the focaccia. A good selection of desserts to round off the meal with a delicious finish.

31/03/2026: I've eaten the pizza several times and I have to say it's very good and easy to digest. The staff is very friendly and the service is fast. The prices are medium-high, but the good food justifies them. The only downside: it's often crowded and very noisy inside, making it difficult to relax and have a conversation. The specialty doughs are recommended.

09/10/2025: I discovered this pastry shop about eight years ago, thanks to my daughter's work. The place is small, but the food inside is exceptional. I've never had the cassata with that fine ricotta anywhere else, nor the dried fruit baskets. It's a shame that many items can't be shipped, and time flies.

22/03/2026: A restaurant and pizzeria just steps from the main street. The restaurant is rustic but charming and tastefully furnished, adorned with beautiful paintings. The menu features Sicilian dishes, some with a modern twist. The pizza is delicious: thin and crispy, easy to digest, and offers a variety of flavors, from traditional to more original. In summer, you can dine in the front garden around a beautiful cycad.

18/03/2026: We went to this place because a nearby pizzeria was closed (we were looking for a warm pizza given the cold day). Once in, at the time we where about to order the food the woman told us that they didn’t have pizza at lunch time, that it is only for the afternoons. Is that hard to put a notice outside stating it? We wanted to see the town during the day to have light, how come pizzas are only at night? The food was ok but we didn’t have the amounts other comments seems to have had. Inside the restaurant it was very cold, it’s a very big room with stone walls and they were saving money. At the end the food, ourselves and the experience got cold. Awful experience that made us leave the town immediately. Good riddance.

21/03/2026: A truly negative experience. The place was poorly maintained, and the chef greeted us with a promise of unique dishes and spectacular pizza dough, but nothing truly special. We opted to order hot appetizers and pizza. We waited over an hour for the hot mixed pizza (and there were only six other people in the place besides us). The chef personally told us that the reason for the delay was that everything is made fresh there, and the real surprise was the arrival of the hot mixed pizza with frozen potatoes. Unfortunately, it's clear that the customer is being considered stupid! The pizzas with special yeast-free dough, naturally priced higher for this "specialty," were tough, and the ingredients were of extremely low quality. Obviously, the total price of each pizza is worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Despite a discount applied by the owner following a mix-up with the reservation on The Fork, the price remains exorbitant. I recommend a little more humility: the higher your customer's expectations are with your fine words and the presentation of supreme uniqueness, the more you have to prove it with facts, and this is definitely missing.

25/09/2025: The food here was very creative and tasty. I had the "lasagna" which was layers of steak and vegetables with melted cheese on top and it was excellent. My wife had the gluten free pasta and that was also very good. One of the best meals we've had in our two weeks here in Sicily. Anil the waiter was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately there was hardly anyone there when we were there and the interior was a bit basic.

Excellent food and truly reasonable prices. We stumbled upon it by accident, but I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

04/04/2026: A true hidden gem in the heart of Agrigento. The restaurant is located within a splendid villa with a garden, where the atmosphere is immediately refined, elegant, and never intrusive. We booked a table for two inside: the layout is excellent, with generous distances between tables ensuring privacy and allowing for a peaceful experience. Every detail is thoughtfully designed with taste and refinement. The cuisine is simply extraordinary. Even reading the menu reveals a refined and original offering, making it pleasantly challenging to choose. We started with an exquisite tartare, followed by two impeccably prepared fish main courses. The side dishes and other elements of the dish are perfectly balanced, and the creative use of barbecued vegetables stands out, enhancing the flavors and clearly demonstrating the chef's skill and vision. The wine list is also excellent, well-chosen and perfectly complements the gastronomic experience. My only regret: not having tried the desserts, but we'll definitely be back to make up for that. The service is top notch: polite, attentive, and never intrusive. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the city.
