Old movie posters on the walls, although the place aims to be quite formal and elegant; the aesthetic result remains mediocre. The table setting is classic and elegant. The food is exquisite. Seafood couscous, hot fish appetizer, bucatini alla Bettola (shrimp, octopus, artichokes, and salted ricotta; top notch). Everything is excellent!

06/03/2026: In my opinion, this is the best place to eat arancini in Trapani.
A wide variety of flavors, including vegetarian options. You won't be disappointed by the catering for parties and birthdays, cakes, and traditional desserts: everything is top-notch.
The owner, always smiling and extremely kind despite the crowds, manages to please everyone.
Be prepared to take a number and wait patiently: IT'S WORTH IT. 🔝💯

03/10/2025: 5 stars for everything because you're in a magnificent place....You park your bike and Francesco kindly and calmly offers you a super tasty sandwich (your choice.....I have the stuffed and tasty pane cunzatu)....Then, if you need help, he'll tell you the route to take and also how to come back if you want to try something else. Maybe one of his special granitas. Not luxury, but quality and kindness.

12/04/2026: We went for dinner using an app recommended by the apartment owners and ended up at Mafone. Very average. Food 6/10:/ The squid was stretched and rubbery, tough, the risotto was probably the best but a bit too salty, the shrimp pasta was okay. The food was saved by the chef himself, who came out anxiously to ask if everything was okay (he was very friendly).
The service was sulky. The guy was a bit lifeless. Not to mention his minimal English. There was no music, which made it awkward. The decor didn't quite work for me. :/ On the one hand, the tablecloths looked pretty good, but on the other, the service was typical of a typical bar.

The first courses were a real surprise! Balanced flavors, top-quality ingredients, and impeccable preparation that showcased the fish to its fullest. The care and passion were clearly evident in every dish.
A huge plus also goes to the staff: friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable, always ready to offer advice and explain the dishes with expertise and professionalism.
The intimate, welcoming location was perfect for a lunch with friends.
Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

As a sushi enthusiast, I was completely skeptical.
I ordered it to try something different; I wasn't interested in the taste of sushi.

After seeing the ad in front of Garibaldi, I thought I'd find quality and value for the makipizza, but you end up seeing empty plates and prices that are, in my opinion, exorbitant... in my opinion, given the size of the plate, it should be sold as an appetizer at a much lower price than the list price, so as to actually sell and offer a product that is not sushi and at sushi price, but allow everyone to eat it before a pizza per person. 😅 That said, the normal pizza dough is still kneaded with wholemeal flour and no one asked for it! Enjoy your dinner everyone. 😅
