24/03/2025: I celebrated my son's first birthday in the Ardichetto restaurant, the first time I went... It was recommended to me by friends and I absolutely confirm what they told me: clean and welcoming restaurant, the turtles are the highlight of the location surrounded by greenery.... For the food, 10 stars, home-made cuisine, the spectacular starter, everything special, I couldn't find a flaw... or something I liked less, there were 12 of us and we were all happy... the waitress exquisite... she served us from start to finish, there was no need to call her, she was always there. Often at the table there is always something missing that you have to ask for and she didn't make us miss anything!!! really compliments.. It's difficult to find a structure where you leave with a smile and 100% satisfied well I can say that I found it!! thanks to the owners and all the staff, I will remember this day and will definitely return!!

19/03/2025: restaurant located near the central square of Solarino with open kitchen. Very extensive menu and meat and fish dishes cooked according to tradition. The mixed antipasto is really good.

06/04/2025: Sono stato qui con la famiglia. Prenotato per le 20:00, arrivati alle 20:15. Prendiamo antipasto caldo, classico cibo surgelato. Poi buonissime tutte le pizze, dalla parmigiana alla parma, anche quella con mortadella. Unica nota negativa la 4 formaggi. Prezzo nella media. Ecco dove si perde il locale, ordiniamo il dolce ma era scaduto il tempo, dovevano sedersi altre persone (ore 21:30). Ci invitano caldamente ad alzarci, promettendo di persona che non sarei tornato in un locale che butta fuori i clienti mi ribadiscono che la colpa è nostra essendo in ritardo. Sconsigliato, ma non per la pizza.

23/12/2024: Restaurant for special occasions. The tasting menu allows you to try a notable variety of top quality dishes. The service is top notch and the staff very helpful. The bill (even if demanding) fully reflects the value of the restaurant.

16/12/2024: Warm and welcoming place with attentive and friendly staff, however the experience was negative. The cooking of the meat (Angus) requested "rare" and arrived "well done" was not respected and furthermore continued to cook on the hot stone plate used to serve the meat. Then, what was extremely serious, among the dressing accessories a mixture of seed oil was served despite the bottle showing the label of an extra virgin olive oil. Fortunately, only a little of this oil was used to season the meat, enough to compromise the flavor. Upon request, the staff brought extra virgin olive oil of the same brand as soon as it was opened and, clearly, from tasting the latter, it proved to be an authentic and quality product. It was therefore clear that the EVO oil in the previous bottle had been replaced with seed oil. The above was also noted by the staff. To conclude, we highlight the questionable way of "taking care of the customer" by the owner who only after having ensured the balance of the dinner asked if everything had gone well. He could easily have asked first. Full account. Mediocre quality/price ratio. Not recommended. The only positive note is the attention of the staff.

02/11/2024: Ho mangiato la picanha su pietra calda più buona degli ultimi 30 anni. Tenera, squisitissima.. si scioglieva in bocca.. servizio eccellente e veloce. Spazio ampio per i bimbi che si possono muovere liberamente. Che dire. Ci tornerò e soprattutto pubblicizzerò il locale .. bravissimi 👏

Be careful, they don't make french fries or other fried foods, which benefits your health and your clothes which at the end of the evening won't smell like frying as sometimes happens in certain places. I just hope that not being able to pay with the POS was just a coincidence, otherwise you will have to adapt. Advised.

20/02/2025: By now Bufalino is a consolidated reality. Anyone who wants to understand what the world of pizza is must pass through here and for a long time they will find no comparison. Obviously not just pizza and therefore you go to dinner with greater pleasure. Good wines and punctual service. It's difficult to find the same satisfaction elsewhere.

02/04/2025: If you are looking for a place to eat good fish in Palermo, Sardina Pasta Bar is the place for you. The place is nice and the menu offers tasty and original dishes, with very fresh ingredients. I tried the amberjack tartare, the cheviche and the spaghetti with sea urchins, and I must say that they were all delicious! The tartare was delicate and tasty, the cheviche had a particular taste and the spaghetti were super creamy. In general, Sardina Pasta Bar is a great place to eat fish in Palermo, with a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!
