09/12/2025: We tried the salmon tataki and two classic pork ramen (the best of the few I've tried so far in Italy). The only flaw is that I expected the egg to be at least a little marinated, but the broth is flavorful, and the meat, in my opinion, is spectacular. The place is small and quiet, and we'll definitely be back to try the sushi given the very positive impression! The staff is friendly and discreet.

13/04/2026: I was here in this magnificent restaurant, very welcoming and well-kept environment, I ate really well, I started with a mixed rustic appetizer and we integrated the appetizers that were not included in the dish. The melted Tuma cheese rated 10. Winter dishes were carefully prepared and well served. The staff very professional and friendly. They recommended a really excellent wine, a Syrah Case Alte di Macelarotto, I recommend it. We had two first courses, spaghetti carbonara with bacon and truffle shavings and a first course of pappardelle with asparagus, speck and cream cheese. We moved on to dessert with a fig and chocolate tart and a chocolate and pear tart, unfortunately I did not find the taste I was hoping for. I will be back to try many of your other dishes because it was a positive experience. Fresh products and a variety of choices on the menu. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

10/04/2026: Everything was excellent! We had incredible caponata and memorable pasta with swordfish and eggplant. The staff were kind and friendly, and the service was fast and discreet. If you want to try traditional Sicilian cuisine, you've come to the right place!

16/11/2025: Donnafugata Castle is a great place for a delicious lunch or dinner! Excellent ingredients and condiments, served with warmth and professionalism. I recommend the gnocchi and roast beef! The desserts are limited. Excellent coffee.

16/01/2026: The tuna was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, perfectly prepared and combined well with the pistachio and red onion. However, the swordfish was more bland, which was a shame. The desserts were fine. The staff was nicely friendly, but the restaurant was a bit on the expensive side. But the tuna was really good. <3

02/01/2026: Wonderful Sicilian food of the highest quality. Good selection across all three courses. Despite its prime location at Giardino Garibaldi, the prices are very reasonable. I had a superb artichoke caponata, see photo.
