04/03/2025: In my opinion it is the best restaurant in the area. We had a week's holiday and went there three times. The freshness and quality of the raw material is excellent. The perfect service and the staff is always ready to provide perfect advice on what to order. Generous portions. I recommend you take the fish crudité because it is sublime. Excellent value for money. Parking available and free in front of the restaurant

21/02/2025: Very pleasant location, good food and there is also a wide choice. The service is good. Prices appropriate to what you choose, but it is better to have The Fork or similar to avoid any extra surprises in the bill

19/04/2025: Very kind service. They serve gluten free GF pizza and meals, too. Cheese cake was very good. Pizza was good, but not special. Waiting time was long, but maybe, because we arrived and ordered early

07/04/2025: Estábamos allí y la señora (morena, gafas negras) no era muy agradable con nosotros. Queríamos pedir pizza, pero no había mención de que no sirven a la hora del almuerzo. Luego la escuchamos hablar cerca de nosotros con algunos clientes italianos que deberíamos ir a Napoli a comer pizza (¡ella no sabía que podíamos entenderla!). Decidimos irnos ya que no nos sentimos bienvenidos en absoluto allí. Tal vez la comida es buena, pero el servicio no valió la pena que nos quedáramos más en ese lugar! No lo recomiendo!

26/03/2025: We arrived late but, work availability was great. The real place where you feel in Sicily .. Food pity there are not 6 stars everything is delicious. Their meat is an Oscar for goodness. The cannoli are a taste of paradise.. We at Poldostreetfood (Catania) will recommend it to all our customers who go to their areas .... just a little advice. Open another store

30/03/2025: A paradise for vegans and those with lactose intolerance. They offer seven or eight vegan varieties, such as pistachio, coconut, vanilla, and chocolate – varieties that you won't find anywhere else vegan or lactose-free. They even have vegan brioche. The owner is super friendly and helpful; highly recommended.

17/01/2025: I ate at Formica at the suggestion of several friends and I must say that I was not disappointed at all. The place is very welcoming, delicious and minimal decor. The staff are super welcoming and hospitable. The only thing is the reservation. I tried to book via the site and it gave me a waiting list which apparently doesn't exist. Subsequently I called and they told me that there was the possibility of sitting only in the outdoor area. Once we got there we were The first ones and there was the possibility of staying inside. We were welcomed with warm bread and oil. Delightful. We chose two appetizers, the tuna steak and the panko anchovies. As main courses, rigatoni with anchovies, onion cream and spaghetti with bottarga. Sweet Brownies. All accompanied by a bottle of wine and an excellent passito dessert. I highly recommend. Excellent combination of traditional and modern cuisine.

12/10/2024: In our stay in Sicily, without a doubt, the best restaurant we ate at. The balance in the dishes was almost perfect. A beautiful experience and top service.

17/03/2025: I celebrated my son's baptism in this splendid location. What can I say... everything was truly exceptional. From the choice of the menu in which Salvatore supported and advised us... to the truly sublime quality of the food... the impeccable and always available dining room staff, everything truly impeccable... truly recommended.

09/04/2025: Local restaurant that makes you feel like a local to, fabulous food, great staff and a wonderful night. Was €120 for 5 dinners, and drinks, with a beautiful backdrop. Spoke very good English.

02/04/2025: Cute little Italian restaurant with great service. The food was all good, and we left feeling very satisfied. :-) Only the time of year we visited did somewhat detract from the ambiance. It's a restaurant for +15-20 degrees Celsius, where you can sit more relaxed. It's more like an awning, not unpleasant, but it does make for a quicker seating experience. Unfortunately, it was just a bit cold during our visit. But they set up patio heaters to compensate. We would come again :-)

24/03/2025: Excellent pizza! The only advice is for the amatriciana pizza, I think the guanciale should be cooked a little earlier and not put raw and left to cook those 90 seconds with the pizza because it remains raw and is not very pleasant...

17/04/2025: Welcoming hosts. Good rolls from Palermo, Ragusa and Catania. They are fast and friendly. It is located near the center. Fairly average price.

12/03/2025: Piacevolissima serata passata in compagnia di buoni amici, il tutto accompagnato da buon vino e ottimo cibo. A farla da padrone la qualità dei prodotti che vanno di pari passo con gli abbinamenti azzeccati che danno vita a piatti ricercati. Consigliatissimo
