12/04/2025: We had dinner here every evening for a week, captivated from the first evening by the excellent food and the friendliness of the staff. Ate very well, plentiful and at a modest and fair price. Hospitality, friendliness and good food contributed to making our stay very pleasant. We will definitely return if passing through those areas.

28/10/2024: The pantanelli di vendicari is a beautiful rustic sicilian venue nestled in a nature reserve, vineyard, almond plantation in Noto. The journey is around an hour from Catania Airport and taxi costs around 100 euros for 2 travellers. The reserve is around 15 mins from the centre and costs around 50 euros. The owner luciana is a beautiful soul who has worked with me along the way for a year helping to co ordinate and plan my indian wedding (the first of their kind), we did this without a wedding planner. Communication was easy, I actually booked the venue blind without visiting after a video call with Luciana, she was always there at the other end of WhatsApp if I had any questions and she put me in touch with taxi drivers, decorators and photographers. Lucianna even stepped in and acted as a translator during my consultations with the vendors. The PDV has rooms too so you can have hire of the whole venue and rooms so you do not need to worry about other guests crashing your event. The rooms were airy spacious, had tvs, fridge, ensuites, toiletries and towels, the rooms again a basic and rustic but very comfortable and very clean. The venue has in house catering which was perfect the food was in abdusance, we travelled to sicily earlier in the year for a tasting and on the wedding day the food was even better. Please try the aranchini - luciana even went the extra step to ensure that the aranchini was pork rather than beef as Hindus shouldn't eat beef. This was her idea and really showed the level of detail she was putting in and providing. The pdv has a swimming pool, fairly small and not deep but perfect to laze around, and a on site gazebo (around 12x8 ft) this comfortablely held 90 people but could hold even more. The gazebo is already decked out with fairy lights for that stary night effect. We ate dinner in the court yard again under lights which is great, as lighting can be costly in sicily. There is a roof terrace which looks over the ocean and where we held our ceremony, this again comfortably held 90 people, the views were breathtaking. Luicana made everyone feel right at home, including getting milk for babies and medicines for Mosquito Bites. The bites were hard-core so generally be prepared. Again she went that extra mile every day. On the wedding events she was coordinating the dinners, the timings and even came to the rescue to fix my cake topper. She was so brilliant to work with. She also saved me nearly 2k by reassuring me I didn't need to buy an additional gazebo because of rain. Anyone else could easily of tried to make money out of me but lucianna Is not that type of lady. Our guests were paying for their own rooms and luciana even was able to take payment directly for the guests which was easy and not complicated. I cannot thank lucianna and her team enough for making our day so special and I would love to revist. Also luciana has a doggy named romeo who is very friendly! Thank you so much - Pooja and Jamie

23/03/2025: Excellent pizzeria that offers the possibility of doing the "pizza tour" where you can taste all the pizzas and pizzoli on the menu for €12 excluding drinks and sweet pizzoli included. To ensure you can taste the specialties of the cuisine, reservations are preferable. Advised.

The appetizers, prepared with fresh and tasty vegetables coming directly from Ciaculli, an area renowned for the quality of its vegetables, are simply delicious. Each dish is an explosion of genuine flavors, which reflect the tradition and freshness of the local ingredients. The pizzas are another note of merit: thin, crispy and with abundant but well-balanced toppings. The quality of the mozzarella and other ingredients is excellent, and each bite is a confirmation of the mastery of the pizza chefs. Finally, the desserts are stellar, true masterpieces of sweetness. The variety and care in the preparation make each dessert a unique experience, with flavors that leave their mark. A restaurant that knows how to offer a complete culinary experience, where tradition meets innovation with dishes rich in freshness and flavor. An experience that is definitely worth living.

31/03/2025: Lugar para la ceremonia con un interior y un exterior. Estuvieron en una ceremonia tan no muy reveladora pero en algún lugar por debajo de la media tanto con el servicio como con la calidad de la comida

12/04/2025: It is a great place! Fresh food and very nice staff. I shopped from here during my stay. One day, I went to the market to buy fresh oranges to make orange juice. Unfortunately the market was closed. I went to this shop and asked where I can buy oranges from. They managed to get oranges for me from someone. When I asked to pay, they refused and said, it is a gift from them to me. This generous gesture touched my heart, and I am in tears. I'm leaving tomorrow and will plan to come back .

08/09/2024: I don't think I've ever eaten better seafood anywhere. There were probably a dozen or so types of oysters available and many types of seafood that I had no idea about

08/08/2024: Lo scorgi dalla strada e già attira la tua attenzione. Ma mai potresti pensare che entrando, ti aspetta il tetro di questo bellissimo chiosco, vista mare. Ambiente caldo, legno ovunque. Cura dei particolari e dei dettagli. Personale cordiale e preparato. Materie prime davvero di alto livello. Una varietà di ostriche da far invidia a tanti. Pesce crudo (ma anche le cozze gratinate avevano il loro perché!), una bella bottiglia di vino, il tutto vista mare. Che altro? Ottima scoperta. Complimenti.

14/04/2025: After an hour and 20 minutes (!) they served me spaghetti with clams with sand and of poor value, €25 (!) then a discount of €10. At the same time we saw a SICULA couple having a complete meal. Under the circumstances the dish should have been offered and/or given me an alternative with apologies.
