14/09/2025: Giarre is a celiac paradise!! The bakery and pastry shop are all strictly gluten-free. As soon as we walked in, we found so many delicacies, from bread and breadsticks to mini pizzas and magnificent desserts. We came this morning for arancini (made fresh) and a brioche with pistachio cream, and I can assure you, they were truly delicious! The woman at the counter and the guy behind it were super friendly, kind, and helpful! Next time we're in Sicily, we'll definitely be back at the gluten-free shop.

Every detail, from the lighting and table setting to the quiet precision of the service, reflects genuine artistry and care. The food was simply stunning: each course a composition of unexpected flavors, textures, and colors that delighted the senses and told a clear story of Sicilian creativity and refinement. The 100% Limu Summer Edition tasting menu was perfectly balanced — elegant yet full of character. We paired the dishes with an excellent Pietradolce Etna Bianco, which complemented the menu beautifully and showcased the depth of local terroir. An evening at LIMU is not just dinner — it’s a sensory journey that blends intimacy, innovation, and true hospitality. Absolutely unforgettable.

22/11/2025: Had dinner for two this evening. Excellent value for money. The fish is incredibly fresh and expertly cooked. The sardines alla beccafico are delicious, as are the mixed fried fish and the raw ham from Mazara del Vallo. The caponata is the best. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

03/12/2025: We came for calamari fritti this evening, as usual during our stay in Catania (probably the sixth time). I don't know why we got dried-out calamari that smelled of stale oil, and which, by appearance and smell, were already inedible. My dears! If you can't maintain the quality until the evening, maybe it's better to close earlier? I've been coming to you every time I've been to Catania. The quality has already dropped last year, but what you're serving now is a disaster. I didn't even take a picture, but that's not the point. I'll never come back because I'm afraid of another bad experience.

22/11/2025: A total vibe. Hard to miss when you walk by: there's a lot going on. The staff has the same vibe: elated, enthusiastic and super nice. I had the octopus and it was one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is quirky, which makes you feel at home. Recommended!

22/11/2025: It was my first time at Etnea – Una Esperience, and I must say the experience exceeded all expectations. I came with a friend who had already been here in the summer and raved about it—he was right! We chose two gourmet aperitifs, with attention to every detail: elegant presentation, sophisticated tastings, and truly unique flavors. The drinks were also excellent, well-balanced, and beautifully served. We added a bottle of still water, and the price was absolutely right for the quality of the offerings and the beauty of the location. A special thanks goes to Luca P., who was exceptionally kind and friendly. At the end of the evening, he took a photo with us, and one of his colleagues joined us, who was equally welcoming and cheerful. A truly professional, friendly, and very human team: they make you feel at ease from the first to the last minute. The terrace is elegant, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a different kind of aperitif in the heart of Catania. I'm so happy to have discovered this place and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

02/12/2025: We spent a weekend at your hotel, welcomed with prosecco and glasses of wine in our room. We had a wonderful time; we had excellent pizza for dinner, a classic but generous breakfast, and lunch with a generous appetizer, two first courses, a side dish, and dessert, all delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to answer our every request. The room was clean, the only flaw being the small TV. I recommend it for a quiet and romantic weekend.
