28/03/2026: If you're in Palermo and crave a proper rotisserie, La Romanella is a must-visit. It's one of those places that still manages to maintain the authentic flavor of tradition, with well-prepared, flavorful, and, above all, always fresh products. The quality is evident from the first bite: each piece is rich, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. But the real star, at least for me, is the fried calzone: simply spectacular. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a balanced and flavorful filling that never tires. You can immediately tell the attention to detail is evident in both the choice of ingredients and the preparation. The rest of the rotisserie is also top-notch: arancini, pizzette, rollò... everything is truly delicious, and it's hard to find anything that disappoints. It's one of those places where you go thinking you'll get "just one thing," and end up trying a little bit of everything. The staff is fast and organized, even when it's busy, and that's definitely a plus. If I really had to find a flaw, the only negative would be the parking: it's not exactly easy to find a spot nearby, especially during peak hours. But honestly, it's still worth the extra effort to eat here. In conclusion, La Romanella is a must-try for those who love authentic Palermo rotisserie: quality, flavor, and tradition in every bite. Highly recommended!

28/03/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday yesterday and it really deserves 5 stars because it is a wonderful location, so green, spacious outside and many beautiful spots to take lots of photos, they deserve a lot, thank you so much, you were really kind, the staff was perfect and always available, the buffet was all perfect, thanks especially to Mrs. Simona for the patience she had with me this year😂❤️ the food was all delicious and many many compliments really❤️❤️❤️❤️

10/01/2026: I just celebrated my son's 18th birthday. What can I say? Everything was wonderful. Stefano, one of the owners, and I worked out everything down to the smallest detail. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, always attentive to the guests' every need. Giulio and Rosi (the manager) were truly wonderful people. What can I say about the location... wonderful, with attention to every detail inside and out.

08/03/2026: We vent , in 4 adult 2 children, as a family. Children are wellcome. It's a small restaurant , with a lot of variety of 🍕 pizzas, others dishes as well. Atmosphere is same as you bring, actually better. So - if you are close - reserve a table- be in time- don't miss it..... 😉

05/04/2026: Eating at Carlitos is always a pleasure. Delicious food, wonderful atmosphere. Even though it was Saturday and the place was packed, the wait was really short: we ate right after ordering, and the waiter who took our order gave us wonderful advice. It's a shame about the plump, dark-haired waitress who served us; I found her rather rude and unhelpful. Otherwise, everything was excellent! We'll definitely be back :)

19/10/2025: If you want to enjoy a relaxing lunch with a sea view, this is definitely the place for you. Welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and kind and friendly staff. With the tasting menu, five appetizers, two first courses, fried calamari, and lemon sorbet, we savored the deliciousness of traditional dishes.

17/10/2025: Where you think it's just a dream, it's actually reality. Villa Alba, the tree houses, is a truly splendid place. It feels like a fairytale, the breathtaking sunsets change the scenery every time, all it takes is a cloud and everything takes on a different shape. The kindness and helpfulness... is immense. I've had contact with Mrs. Tiziana, who is extremely kind, courteous, and available, even to grant unexpected wishes. I'm absolutely in love with this place. Highly recommended.

14/10/2025: This is the second time we've been guests at an event at this location... the first was for a wedding, where I was blown away by the beauty and meticulous care of the gardens that served as the backdrop. Eight years later, for a baptism, I noticed that the attention to detail and the location haven't changed (perhaps improved). Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly and attentive. My expectations for the food were high, but they were fully met. What can I say? Overall, in my opinion, Villa Alba is the best place for events and ceremonies right now. Congratulations

11/04/2026: An absolute must! The staff is warm, friendly...I cant say enough good things about the service from everyone who worked there. They really worked as a team. The food was incredible with a presentation to match. The inside ambiance is high class but unpretentious and they have a hidden patio upstairs that we ate at. Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.

The dinner was truly exquisite, the dishes carefully prepared and delicious, the first courses and desserts greatly appreciated. The second courses were also very good; I personally would have chosen a different course, but the birthday boy had designed the menu, and I didn't want to change anything. COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF. A special shout-out goes to the dining room staff, who took care of all the guests, both those with special dietary needs and everyone else. Mr. Filippo was always available and attentive to our every request, coordinating the entire evening impeccably. Finally, I would like to thank Natalie, Mrs. Santoro, and the entire staff for organizing the event. We had a wonderful evening in a stunning setting. My son was delighted with everything; it couldn't have been better. Thank you for everything.
