Palm Beach In San cataldo

Absolutely amazing, seafood grill was so much fun and delicious and Sunday brunch was off the charts . Literally everything you could imagine to eat from eggs to steak to seafood to deserts.

I am posting a little late but was reminded when I was looking for a vacation spot this year again in April. I stayed at the Breakers last year with family and it wasn’t the same as I remembered years ago. While the lobby is beautifully decorated the standard rooms are small and dated and we had no balcony. Once you are in the room it feels small and dark. Also there was no drop off kids club that I remembered. There was an arcade that was okay but nothing special. Also it was Easter and there was nothing planned for children that I was aware of. No Easter egg hunt no Easter bunny. I was disappointed. Also I was always able to eat by the pool and this time it wasn’t allowed because of the “birds”. I also had a credit from years ago that I never used and when I asked to use it after the hotel confirmed they found it in their system I was not allowed to use it since they said it expired. I know it was from the pandemic time and I totally forgot about it. You would think that because they were able to find it and it was during the pandemic an unprecedented eventbthat they would have honored it. The girls at the front desk said no and checked with a manager who said no as well. It was disappointed since they did in fact find the credit that was still in their system. Why keep it there and not allow me to use it. So overall was disappointed in my stay for many reasons. Also the beach is pretty much non existent. Disappointing for this reason as well.

The Breakers is good but has declined a touch. The guard at the front is slouchy and not entirely professional. The valet line is hectic and slow. It is almost as if parking were run by a different company with lower standards than The Breakers. Due to construction, the main lobby is dark because many windows have been temporarily covered over.

hands down the most stunning hotel! even as a day visit, time there is worth it. The food is delicious, the property is big and beautiful, plenty of little corners and shops to explore.

Amazing. Can’t think of anything they could do to make it better. Staff are a highlight. Knowledgeable and helpful without being overwhelming. A delightful experience.

We really enjoyed our time at the Breakers Palm Beach! The food, golf, rooms and vibe were all amazing!

A magnificently stunning hotel, located right on the Atlantic Ocean side of Palm Beach Island. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, you can explore the grounds and see the impressive building and the lovely beach. You can walk from here to the Flagler museum, directly across the island

Review Update I still feel the dress code is antiquated and worth reconsidering. However, General Manager Christian went out of his way to personally contact me, apologize for the embarrassing situation, and make it right. I was genuinely impressed that he cared enough to call me himself. That, along with the hotel’s outstanding location and amenities, is why I am updating my review. Very disappointing experience at The Breakers. I was denied access to the lounge as a guest spending 900+ per night because I was wearing flip-flops after returning from an off site event. Despite being dressed appropriately in dress shorts and a button-down shirt yet t the same time, women nearby wearing flip-flops were allowed in and men were allowed in with running shoes and and t-shirts If there is a dress code, it should be clearly communicated and enforced consistently for all guests. What made the situation worse was that when I raised my concern, the bar manager could not have cared less. There was no effort to address the inconsistency or handle the situation professionally. I will not be returning for another stay , and I will not spend another dime at this hotel during the rest of my stay. I will gladly take my business offsite instead for the rest of my stay . Unfortunately, this hotel came across as more pretentious than welcoming, and I doubt they care enough to even respond or make it right or at best send some AI response about how they’re sorry blah blah blah . Save your money, go elsewhere !

The breakers are a step above the rest. The first thing that stood out was the architecture and the ground driving in. The building is stunning and they keep it maintained very well. The courtyard garden is currently being renovated and I can't wait to see the final product. The service. Let's just say they anticipate everything. I was very impressed.
