Bam Bar is definitely worth the hype!
There was a queue when we arrived, but it moved surprisingly fast, so don’t let that put you off. The place itself is beautiful, with an authentic and very special design that makes it feel unique and full of character — you can really feel the charm of Taormina.
The granita was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and it’s easy to see why it was featured in The White Lotus.

There is a lot of hype about this place, but it does live up to it. We really enjoyed our granite (almond and blood orange, and strawberry and mandarin).
You may have to wait in line for a bit, but does move quickly.

As always, top-notch granita.
I'm disappointed by their policy of not serving pistachio granita before 4 pm. Advice: Teach Fabiola, the girl who takes orders at the tables, how to handle customers, because after bringing eight guests to try it, she railed against me just because I dared to say, "I think it's a stupid policy"... a pleasant experience ruined by poor customer tact!

Nice place with the best croissant I have eaten in Sicily and tasty coffee. Very good service. Must visit in Taromina.

The granita is delicious!!!!!! It's so good!!! The first granita I had was just like a slushy, so I didn't have high expectations, but this was so good!!! The brioche was delicious too. There was also a server who spoke Korean, so I felt really comfortable and enjoyed the meal.

I was passing by and saw people lining up, so I joined in lol. I ordered one, and since you can mix the flavors, I chose almond and lemon and added extra cream; it was delicious. Well, it's a familiar taste... it's a familiar taste, I guess lol. The coffee is just so-so.
