23/10/2024: Very good restaurant with excellent pasta dishes!! Also the seafood is brilliant!

08/10/2024: Eravamo gia' stati qui quando il ristorante (allora anche pizzeria, se non sbaglio), aveva un altro nome. La proprieta' è rimasta la stessa, il patron è sempre lui, a prima vista magari burbero, ma quando lo conosci lo apprezzi. Cosi' come la sua cucina, improntata alla tradizione siciliana, dalle portate generose e a prezzi corretti. Pertanto siamo venuti qui a cena piu' di una volta, per gustare eccellente pasta con le sarde e dei paccheri alla norma (ambedue fra i migliori di questa tipologia fra tutti quelli che abbiamo provato in questi anni di Sicilia). Pescato del giorno a prezzo "umano", apprezzato molto anche il polpo e lo spada panato. Se avete spazio (ma non è facile, date le porzioni) preparatevi a una cassata altrettanto generosa.

20/03/2025: Ordered a pizza this evening to take away (9 euros). The taste was pretty good but the size was kind of reduced and the ingredients very limited ie 2 olives and haven't spotted any anchovy (see photo). The main ingredient is made of bread (and anchovy?). Very disappointed and sorry.

13/01/2025: We had the pleasure of having lunch at the Monte Criscione farmhouse and we were completely satisfied. The food is excellent, with authentic dishes prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. Each course was a pleasure for the palate! The staff is extremely kind and attentive, making the atmosphere even more pleasant. The view is truly spectacular: you can admire the surrounding greenery and, in the distance, the sea, which gives a touch of magic to the entire experience. The quality-price ratio is also average, which makes everything even more appreciable. We highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone looking for a relaxing and tasty break surrounded by nature!

22/02/2025: A very quaint restaurant exclusively for breakfast/coffee and lunch. Gladly visited by the local population. It impresses with its simple, authentic atmosphere and cuisine. We come here at least once every time we are in Noto.

01/02/2025: Very local restaurant that is outside of the city. Easily accessible by car. English is not really spoken but the menu has English translation. The green pasta had a peppermint taste which I didn’t like but the pasta with grilled egg plant was absolutely awesome. The only thing which was strange is that they use plastic cups for mineral water but the entire experience was perfectly fine

20/03/2025: Real surprise these days in Syracuse. Splendid environment with excellent quality cuisine managed by his wife, and room managed by a super Mario, capable, attentive, with always ready answers. I felt at home. Excellent prices and extremely good value for money. Must try.
