We've been in Sicily for a few weeks. We are a large group of 14 people, kids and adults. I must say, this is by far the best restaurant we've been too. There was something for everyone. The Massara pizza and Salmon were my personal favourites. The owner was extremely personable and made sure it visit was spectacular. The ambiance was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant

It didn't meet my expectations. The place is very nice, but I didn't find the food exceptional, and the prices tend to be high. I think there are places in the area that, while more rustic in style, offer tastier pizzas and fried foods.

We wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to the owners, Angelo and Albachiara, for making our event so special. From the very first moment, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and ready to accommodate our every need with the utmost professionalism and kindness.
Everything went wonderfully, beyond our expectations: the guests were thrilled with the welcome, the atmosphere was perfect, and the food was truly delicious, from appetizers to dessert.

A perfect evening at the Quadrilatero di Noto! An elegant yet warm venue, with attentive service and cuisine that knows how to excite.
The pizzas were all extraordinary:
Umami, Bronte (a dream pistachio), Norma Graten, Superga, Fimmina i Focu, Delicata, and the special Angelos Winter Edition. Light, airy, and easily digestible dough, with generous toppings and intense, balanced flavors.
Among the restaurant's dishes, we loved the tender tagliata, the delicious honeyed ribs, a masterful cacio e pepe, the Contro Corrente, and the delicious Profondo Rosso.
Excellent quality, fresh ingredients, and passion in every course. An experience definitely worth repeating!

We loved the location but especially the pizzas we shared. Unique in their dough and, above all, in their flavor. The one with fig jam was unforgettable.

Beautiful, well-kept, clean, and very well-maintained place. Excellent service, welcoming, discreet, and courteous. Excellent suggestions on craft beer pairings, and the dark selection pizzas are truly delicious. I would gladly return.

We ended up at this restaurant by chance. We were warmly welcomed and the atmosphere was good. I had the ribs myself – they were perfect. My girlfriend had the salmon – that was also top-notch. The pizzas that were passed around for the tables around us looked sublime. Finally, we finished with a cheesecake. All in all, a top-notch evening in terms of food!!
Easily accessible by car with ample parking.
