Quadrilatero In Noto

Excellent pizzas, beautiful location and welcoming and professional staff.

Went last month before leaving. The staff is professional and extremely friendly, and the quality of the pizzas is truly exceptional. The fried food platter is also excellent if you're with friends. The parking lot is huge, and you can even find parking for a semi-truck. I hope to return soon.

We chose the Quadrilatero restaurant in Noto to celebrate my son's graduation. ​We were extremely impressed by the owners' professionalism: their clear menu choices and precise timing immediately put us at ease. A special highlight was the tasting day: a key moment where we were able to experience the high quality of the dishes and the attention to detail in their presentation. The owners were incredibly helpful in showing us the dining room, which was reserved exclusively for us. Last but not least, the convenience of being able to park right in front of the restaurant is a significant added value, especially in Noto. ​The courtesy and professionalism we received make us confident we made the best choice for such an important day.

I go back every chance I get. The food is delicious, both the pizza and the restaurant dishes, not to mention the kindness of all the people who work there. The prices are absolutely consistent with what I've eaten each time. I can't live without it anymore ☺️
