16/03/2025: I could only attach the photo of the empty plate😂We were too hungry and when the pizza arrived we didn't waste any time enjoying it. Soft and substantial dough at the same time. La Fenice is the pizzeria I've always been looking for!!! Super seasoned pizza and not with the usual 4 sad things scattered around! Good quality of products. Short waiting times. The staff is welcoming and kind, they periodically worry about whether everything is to your satisfaction. This made us feel welcomed and pampered, small attentions that were not at all obvious. Absolutely affordable prices! The pizzas are around an average of €7-8 up to €15 for the "specials".

12/07/2025: A place I've been wanting to visit for a while. I showed up without a reservation on a weekday and was greeted by the very friendly staff. I was able to choose a table in the restaurant's very characteristic internal courtyard, nestled between two historic buildings, under a gallery of fairy lights. The food was very good and authentic, the drinks equally good, and the service was consistent and attentive. A small improvement in the food served would be welcome, which, in my opinion, could be slightly improved for aperitifs.

19/06/2025: Ristorante piccolino ma accogliente, camerieri molto disponibili e gentili. Cibo di alto livello 2 primi, uno con porcini e l altro con ragù bianco ottimi ma l eccellenza la raggiungiamo con una guancia cotta col roner che si tagliava con un grissino, come la famosa pubblicità, prezzi giustificati dalla qualità ma comunque nella media. Consigliatissimo.

19/06/2025: Pranzo molto discreto e silenzioso, ambiente sereno e pulito, cibo buonissimo, consigliatissima la guancia di vitellina, personale preparatissimo sia sui piatti che sul vino, complimenti!

19/06/2025: Fantastic experience, reasonable prices for the quality of the raw materials, the linguine with garlic, oil and shrimp are one of the best first courses of my life. The tuna sample was delicious. The wait was quite long but to eat like this I can accept it. Highly recommended

12/06/2025: Went here on our last night in Nicolosi - absolutely incredible food, great staff/service and in a lovely authentic atmosphere. Steak and sides (baked potatoes and grilled vegetables) were better than we could have imagined. Overall a 10/10 visit - would recommend!

29/06/2025: Great restaurant hidden in one of the streets of Catania, with a cute garden inside. Perfect place for seafood fans, many different dishes in the menu. We've had a fun date in a quiet restaurant with delicious pasta and seafood we won't forget for a long time.

03/06/2025: Thanks to Alessandro, his sister and his mother we had a great time in this farmhouse surrounded by greenery, discovered almost by chance. Farmhouse with a super panoramic view close to a nature reserve, very clean room, comfortable bed, bathroom with a larger than usual shower tray, fridge with free water, guaranteed silence and total relaxation, cool evening. What can I say! We ate at the restaurant with Alessandro's advice... all km0 food and homemade genuine and above all good! Relaxing atmosphere and everything as expected. Thank you very much! 👍👍👍. 100% Relax.

01/07/2025: Brioche with cream of your choice for only €3.50. Very filled brioche, even too much hahaha. Hot chocolate, however, without milk (only melted chocolate)

30/06/2025: Traditional pastry shop and more near the main square of Ortigia. Indoor and outdoor seating. Perfect table service. Brioches with jams, cream, chocolate, pistachio, Cannoli, Pastries... everything excellent... cappuccino and coffee well made. Recommended for a good breakfast.
