27/08/2025: I'd heard good things about this place, but unfortunately the experience didn't quite meet my expectations. The swordfish rolls were tasty and well-prepared, but the spaghetti with clams was bland, with a watery sauce. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were average, so there was nothing to complain about. However, a few details detracted from the experience: dull cutlery, chipped glasses, and the constant presence of pigeons too close to the tables made the meal less enjoyable.

You won't find the usual boring menu here: the dishes are original, carefully crafted, and truly delicious! The prices are fair, and the quality is truly amazing. Ester is simply wonderful: kind, welcoming, and always ready to recommend the best on the menu. 5 stars... only because it's all I can give! 🌟 Thank you for our last night in Catania!

06/09/2025: After walking for hours in the summer heat around Isola di Ortigia, this restaurant felt like a welcoming oasis. The cozy atmosphere with cool music made it even more enjoyable, and the vegan dishes were truly delicious – something I believe anyone, not just vegans, would appreciate.

06/09/2025: For starters, we had the cheese selection, and it was a 20/10...simply phenomenal, as were the drinks!!! We've never eaten such good vegan cheese. For main course, we had Corbonara and the Chapeau pasta. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite to our taste; it was a bit too bland (for us). Nevertheless, we would eat there again. The staff was very friendly, and everything went very quickly! (I personally thought the playlist was great too :) )

Pasta dishes are served perfectly al dente and elegantly plated. We enjoyed carbonara al tartufo and bucatini all’amatriciana, followed by a beef fillet in gorgonzola sauce that was simply divine. The flavors blend harmoniously, and the cooking is spot on. If you’re looking for authentic cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and a peaceful dining setting, we highly recommend this gem.

18/06/2025: If you are walking around gardens and don't know what to do, you could stop at the soul bay. Always cheerful service and it is very comfortable. Excellent food and drinks, even for a quick aperitif it is the best place to stop. Breathtaking sea view, always trendy music.

20/07/2025: I'll describe the whole day at the pool. €8 entry is a fair price considering it's valid for the whole day. The trade-off is that you have to eat at their restaurant, and that's where the problem lies. The location is decent, the staff was mostly friendly, except for one waiter who probably thought he worked in a bank. Overall, I passed, but shame about this guy; I won't describe him because nothing significant happened. We had an appetizer that was truly awful for the price. They were tasters, which is a big word. There were two meatballs the size of two olives. A croquette, literally, a chopped artichoke, a chopped zucchini, a teaspoon of caponata, and two other tiny things, all for €12. They're describing it as being for one person, but believe me, it wouldn't even be an appetizer for a newborn. I'm honestly disappointed. I don't understand the gourmet choice in a place that isn't gourmet. We tried the busiate, and the Trapanese pesto was also disappointing. The pasta wasn't at all firm, the sauce was thrown on, and it lacked flavor, while the pasta underneath was excellently white. Totally disappointed. The bread was good, soft and even warm, and plenty of it. The mixed roast meat, on the other hand, was decent, but nothing special either. The price was acceptable, but that can't be an excuse; the food should be good. Overall, we're not, and aren't, satisfied. Let's talk about the pool. It's very crowded on a Sunday, but still nice. The staff comes around frequently to take orders, but the lounge chairs are too close together. Ultimately, I repeat, the price is affordable, the food is very, very decent, and the pool is acceptable. The staff is almost excellent, and the location is adequate. I wouldn't recommend it as a first choice.

18/07/2025: We went to Agriturismo Vultaggio for dinner, and the experience was overall decent. The location is definitely the highlight: a beautiful panoramic view of the islands, especially at sunset, makes for a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The menu offers typical local dishes, well-presented and with seemingly genuine ingredients. However, the portions aren't particularly generous, especially if you expect the typical Sicilian agritourism fare. The service was somewhat courteous, but it must be said that one of the waiters was a bit unwelcoming, with a rather cold demeanor and little inclination to engage in conversation, which somewhat dampened the experience. Prices are average for the area, perhaps a little high considering the portions, but at least partially offset by the tranquility of the location and the option of eating outdoors. In short: a nice place if you're looking for peace and a beautiful view, but there's room for improvement in the service and generous portions.

05/08/2025: I found it by chance on Chatgpt. I want to write a detailed review because you absolutely have to go if you're in the area. Forget gourmet lunches and dinners, here you can eat authentic, locally sourced food. The appetizers are delicious; I tried the citrus tartare and it was delicious. For my first course, I had the pasta recommended by the house: homemade pasta with wild boar sauce topped with oven-baked dry ricotta. It was incredible; this dish alone would be worth a visit. For my second course, I had the mutton (lamb), and it was also excellent. For a digestif, I tried the Amaranca (Sicilian orange liqueur). The portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable.

18/05/2025: Suggerito da un amico , esperto gourmet, ci siamo recati presso questo ristorante di Caltanissetta curiosi di verificare col nostro palato e i nostri occhi quanto ci era stato descritto in qualità gastronomiche e genuinità di materie prime. Il locale un po' defilato in una via secondaria ma non di difficile localizzazione è di una sobria eleganza con cucina a vista. I tavoli non sono molti e ben disposti e il servizio in sala è impeccabile con una costante assistenza e illustrazione delle portate. Ottimi i piatti scelti e in particolare il primo con ragù di ventresca di tonno e il secondo con una cernia squisita. Prezzi nella media e adeguati alla qualità del ristorante. La chef, sono certo , farà strada. Super consigliato

The plates are small, so for those with a hearty appetite, you can enjoy lunch like the Italians (starter, first and second courses, followed by dessert). A little pricey, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can taste it!

19/08/2025: I enjoyed this place so much, I went twice during my short stay in Palermo! The food is full of flavor, and you can really tell how much care goes into each dish. The staff is incredibly friendly—while their English isn't perfect, the warm service and high-quality food more than make up for it. A real gem in a busy tourists city. Also they have gluten-free options.
