16/11/2025: We stayed for 4 nights, 6 of us. The place is charming. The rooms are well-kept, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. They provide natural creams and shampoos for the children, as well as cribs and a baby bath. There's a free playground with various games. The sweet and savory breakfast is excellent, and the wine list is excellent. The dinner menu is equally impressive. The dishes are generous and well-prepared, from the receptionist Marta to the dining room staff, Andrea, Andriano, and others, who are extremely knowledgeable. The owners are super helpful and welcoming, always available, and the wellness center is top-notch, with Comfort Zone products that, for those who know them, are fantastic. I don't usually write reviews, but they deserve it.

16/11/2025: Sale e Pepe is a quality delicatessen/rotisserie located just steps from Agira's municipal park. We were a large group of adults and children visiting the town for the cassatella festival. I called the business's mobile number to reserve takeout meals for lunch. Cristina, who took our reservations and served us, was incredibly kind and friendly. If you're looking for traditional Sicilian dishes like baked or pistachio pasta, cutlets, rustici, schiacciate, and the fantastic 400g arancini, you've come to the right place. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Perfect for takeout or a buffet, with fast and friendly service. Highly recommended for those who love authentic flavors! We've found a great place to stay.

16/11/2025: While visiting Agira, four of us had dinner at this deli, featuring two arancini with ragù and two with mushrooms and sausage. The arancini were enormous and delicious, well-seasoned, crispy-breaded, and HUGE! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and the prices were truly reasonable. We'll definitely be back. Bravo!!!

01/11/2025: Yesterday we had lunch at Enotria, we had the truly delicious seafood salad, two first courses with very fresh fish, two tarts, one with persimmons and almonds and one with chocolate, pears and rum, excellent! I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: Palermo's Shelby Pub is undoubtedly one of my favorite places in the city. Located at Via Roma 330, it's run with love and passion by a family who has created a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing yet special evening. When it comes to beers, Shelby never disappoints. My absolute favorite is the Apollo IPA. It's a beer like no other, with a full, well-balanced flavor, citrusy and slightly resinous notes. Every sip is a pleasure, and for IPA lovers, it's an experience not to be missed. Another aspect that makes this pub unique is the possibility of finding Guinness on tap, a true rarity in Palermo. There's nothing better than enjoying a perfectly poured pint in such a welcoming atmosphere. And speaking of hospitality, I can't help but mention Clara, who with her kindness and professionalism always manages to make everyone feel at home. It's truly rare to find such attentive and warm service. And then there's Oreo, the pub cat, a loving presence that makes the atmosphere even more special. It's impossible not to grow fond of him! In short, Shelby is much more than just a pub: it's a place where every detail is taken care of to offer an unforgettable experience, where the quality of the beers pairs perfectly with a welcome that makes you feel part of a big family. Returning yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised to find Brewdog Punk IPA on tap. This beer, a West Coast IPA, is an explosion of flavors thanks to its intense hops and rebellious malts. Furthermore, right across the street from the pub, the "Palazzo Liberty Unique Hotel" has just opened. This hotel offers a luxurious experience in an Art Nouveau building, with an elegant combination of modern furnishings and historic details. Its central location between the Teatro Massimo and the Teatro Politeama makes it ideal for both business and leisure stays.

15/11/2025: A place where everything is gluten-free: perfect for celiacs. Both the cannoli and the genovese (try both with ricotta) are out of this world. I could compare them to Totti's chip goal at San Siro. The sandwiches and arancini are also very good. Suitable for breakfast, afternoon snacks, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

01/12/2025: Looked forward to Aranchine her as I have had so many nice ones for 2 Euros in Sicily. Paid 4 Euros here for a grissly fatty cold Aranchine. Such a shame. No Toilet here either.

The meat was served with a side dish of your which was included in the price. The infused oil given with the meat was very flavourful. I highly recommend this place.

The prices are so low you'll want to ask, "Excuse me, can I pay extra?" ​And if there's one thing you have to try, it's the pitone! One bite and you'll forget all your troubles. ​Even though it's not on the waterfront, its location is a steal. You can always find a seat, which, in summer, is like finding a unicorn. The shaded gazebo is a peaceful oasis where you can escape the scorching sun and recharge your batteries. ​In short: amazing products, fair prices, and an atmosphere that will make you feel at home. An experience not to be missed!

Giovanni and Mariangela shared their trusted suppliers with us and helped coordinate every single detail of the wedding day. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to their careful planning and organisation. They truly went above and beyond, taking charge of everything so that we could just relax and enjoy the celebration. The venue itself is stunning - full of Sicilian charm and atmosphere - and the food was absolutely incredible. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was and how much they enjoyed themselves. What stood out most was the warmth and kindness of Giovanni and Mariangela.
