17/06/2025: On the advice of a friend, I decided to try this restaurant, and I must say that my expectations were far exceeded. The experience was truly positive in every aspect: the dishes are cared for in detail, not only in taste but also in presentation, elegant and inviting. The portions are generous, perfect for those who love to eat well and with satisfaction. The staff proved to be extremely friendly and attentive, with a special mention of merit to the owner, always present and available, who knew how to make us feel at home. I will definitely return to taste other proposals from the menu!

07/07/2025: Young couple here from UK/France! We stayed here for 4 nights and overall had such a lovely experience! If you’re looking for a classic Sicilian hotel with ‘White Lotus’ vibes but at an affordable price, this is your place!! The location is perfect but I’d 100% recommend having a car. It’s a very quiet area with I think only around 10 rooms, so definitely better for couples/quiet groups. Our overall highlight of this hotel was how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They were so kind and always at our disposal and making sure we were always happy. The hotel itself was so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I would say maybe the rooms (at least for ours) could have been a little more modern to match the rest or the hotel vibe, but it was still great and suitable for us. If i’m being super picky, I would have loved a full length mirror and maybe some better lighting as the room got quiet dark during the day due to the hidden location. Also note that if you stay in one of the separate apartment rooms with the garden view, consider having an SUV car as the road is very steep to get to the room - also these specific rooms are definitely not disability accessible. We had breakfast everyday and dinner on one of the nights. The breakfast was great but there definitely could have had a little more variety; but lots of fruit options and traditional Italian bits, I understand it’s a small hotel so they had what was suitable for the size! The dinner was good too, food was tasty but it was the view/ambiance that made it worth going. The swimming pool was 10/10, so so perfect and always really quiet! The views for this hotel are just incredible and definitely make the experience so much more special. The location is also really great too, as it’s not too far from Catania, and it has lots of popular areas such as Mt. Etna, Naxos and Taormina on it’s doorstep. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel to our friends/anyone visiting Sicily!

05/07/2025: From the first moment we set foot in the structure it was a continuous emotion both for its terrace overlooking the countryside and the sea but also for the interior furnishings of true taste. It has a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas and a bar. In the evening we stayed twice for dinner at the restaurant where you eat very well. The location is perfect for visiting nearby cities such as Taormina or Acireale. Our room was on the terrace overlooking the sea.. wonderful. You enter and the ceiling is very high with this bed towards the wall and two lamps that come down from the ceiling. Very minimal but effective because the furniture is of excellent quality. Breakfast with a buffet full of sweet and savory. All the staff proved to be kind and helpful. Compliments to the staff who maintain such a high level of service every day.

06/07/2025: This was such a lucky find—just a very inconspicuous door, marked only by a Michelin 2025 sign and a menu sign next to it. I'm not usually someone who’s into gourmet dining, and yet I was completely blown away. I may have to seriously reconsider how I approach these things. We went in for the lunch menu and were served an appetizer, breadsticks, a selection of bread with olive oil, a three-course meal, dessert, and… a secondary dessert? I'm not sure what that's officially called. Every single item—despite often not being something I’d normally choose (like an olive appetizer with pistachio and other ingredients, lamb, or seafood pasta)—was so good I was honestly left a little bewildered how delicious it can be. The final surprise came with the coffee at the end (the official last course). I can honestly say this was the first time I truly enjoyed coffee, I drink it a bit out of necessity, but this was really first time I actually enjoyed it, and I’m now worried it’ll be hard to go back to Nespresso or office coffee. My wife had the chef-recommended sparkling wine as an aperitif and concluded she’d never had better. The service was excellent—every member of the staff was helpful, explained each dish and course in detail, and answered our questions with care.

26/06/2025: A truly unforgettable culinary experience. The service was impeccable from start to finish, and every dish was packed with flavor. We opted for the 8-course tasting menu and were blown away by the creativity and balance of each plate. A perfect mix of finesse and generosity. Can’t recommend it enough!

31/05/2025: J’ai passé une excellente dinner dans restaurant Nui (hôtel Atlantis Bay) Un grand merci à Arianna, qui m’a aidée à choisir un très bon vin et m’a aussi conseillé le plat — les spaghettis au thon — un vrai délice ! Grâce à ses recommandations, j’ai pu découvrir une magnifique facette de la cuisine sicilienne que j’adore. Le service était impeccable, en particulier grâce à Lorenzo, très professionnel, attentif et courtois. Il a rendu le dîner encore plus agréable par son accueil chaleureux et son efficacité. Le vin de Sicile était parfaitement accordé au plat, et l’ambiance du restaurant très agréable. Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour une belle expérience culinaire sicilienne avec un service attentionné et personnalisé.

26/06/2025: A pleasant surprise in the heart of Syracuse. At first glance, it may be disconcerting, as it's also an accessories boutique with precious pieces, but just sit down to discover a charming corner where elegance permeates every detail. The decor is carefully curated, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. The service is like no other: attentive, friendly, and with a natural class that elevates the entire experience. The cuisine is no slouch either. We shared a fresh salad and a perfectly cooked grilled Orata with vegetables. Dessert—a house specialty whose name we've forgotten—was a sweet and unforgettable ending. We washed down dinner with a good Prosecco, toasting to a special evening and a perfect vacation. Without a doubt, the icing on the cake for our trip to Sicily. A must-do.

11/06/2025: Stumbled on this little gem by accident walking back to my accommodation on a quiet weeknight. The staff were amazing, so patient and helpful. My meal (as recommended by the staff) was delicious and the chilled rosato equally so. Had I not been leaving Syracuse the following day, I would definitely have returned.

04/07/2025: We booked a table for two at this small seaside restaurant. It's a pleasure to still be able to experience typical trattorias in the city, serving delicious local dishes. We had a starter, main course, dessert, and wine. Everything was excellent. The out-of-the-way location, yet close to the sea, made this a truly charming romantic dinner. We highly recommend it.

03/07/2025: So good we ate there 3 times. The fish balls are sensational and the food is super tasty and a high quality. The best tuna we’ve tried was cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend this to friends.

29/06/2025: We stayed there for a weekend. Everything is self contained. Flower shops, clothing, food, any service you could need. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Good variety of dining options throughout the property. Easy beach access. Beautiful architecture and gardens to explore.

02/07/2025: We waited for our reservation at least 30 min, place is different for tourists and the locals, if you don’t know the guy who is butcher or casier girls or a waiter so you have a problem. But even we are not regular to the place the guy gabriel and young tall blonde short hair waiter guy who doesnt speak well english, they saved our night. 2 star to service only for them. Food was incredible, really tasty. But the worst thing was, even we ordered lots of antipasti, i was curious about the delicious meats, and they are selling by measuring the grams. So i said that is there any chance of tasting all of them but not like full portions. Blonde girl was obviously trying to sell me 1,8 kg meat even the guy who was our waiter trying to tell that we already ordered lots of things for two, and she didn’t know that I understand italian, she tried to shut up the guy and kept counting to trying to sell us the overweight portions. Be careful if you’re tourist but don’t miss the delicious tastes.
