Over the years, through many sacrifices, they have built a wonderful business, the fruit of the teachings their parents were able to pass on to them. They have the ability to transform every single product into pure poetry. Their passion is the combination of culture and tradition, and their dedication to improving day after day for exponential growth in the area... They deserve so much. Congratulations!!!!! 02/10/2025: This hotel is one of the most incredible hotels that I have ever stayed at worldwide. Aside from the ideal location, the beautiful pool and sea beyond, the stunning restaurant with the most delicious array of breakfast choices, it was the staff that made this such a memorable experience. Every one we encountered was highly professional, well mannered, well turned out with impeccable english skills. The concierge was extremely helpful with dinner reservations and experiences.

29/07/2025: I don’t even know where to begin. If I could give 50 stars, I would. Just book this hotel — you won’t regret it. I did extensive research, and for the price, it’s truly the best option. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but in Taormina, many hotels are even more costly. This is a real 5-star experience — and it feels like it. From the service to the rooms, the staff’s kindness, the quality, and the location — nothing compares to Atlantis Bay. We had booked a standard queen room but were upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. What a thoughtful gesture. I’m writing this from our bed, with just 48 hours left, and I already don’t want to leave. I feel genuinely sad to go. I’ve traveled all over Italy, and I can confidently say this is the best hotel we’ve stayed in so far. We’ll definitely be back. They made our experience magical. The attention to detail is impeccable. What an unforgettable vacation!

11/10/2025: Such a lovely spot in Noto! This restaurant is tucked away in a quiet street and has a super cozy inner courtyard. The food was absolutely delicious — great quality for a very fair price! We loved it so much that we came back several times. A big thank you to Giusy for the warm welcome and the lovely chat — you made us feel right at home!

11/10/2025: We’ve been in Sicily for a week or so and this is by far the best meal we’ve had so far. This place was recommended to us by the owner of a bar in Noto who said it’s the best place in Noto by far. We got there and there were 30 or so local people which is always a good sign. The pasta alla norma is a must and the caponata was incredible. Very good value for money and the food and atmosphere incredible. We might go again tonight!

29/09/2025: Polite, clean, cuisine using premium ingredients, a menu that's anything but predictable, high-quality, reasonably priced, and consistently good service. Well-run, by people who care. Places like this are disappearing.

20/09/2025: They say they are not a pizzeria, and let me tell you - they are not. It's more. You will get a delicious and unique pizza you never thought you needed. The staff is super friendly, humerous and attentive. We highly recommend.

28/09/2025: We highly recommend this place! While looking for a place to have dinner, we spontaneously stumbled upon this restaurant – it's just down the first side street from the main square! In our own experience, you can't expect much in terms of food quality at restaurants on the main square. This one, however, was very good ;) One thing we'd like to point out: When we got there around 8 p.m., there were still a few seats available. At first, the waitress ignored us, and when we asked if we could sit down, she said, "Not for about 20 minutes." We didn't understand, as, as I said, there were still seats available. She was unfriendly at first, but then explained to us that she was alone and therefore didn't have any capacity at the moment. Of course, we understood, and didn't come back for another 20 minutes. After that, she was definitely super friendly, and the food was also very tasty 😅 We had two of the swordfish with caper and tomato salsa and the chef's spaghetti with seafood! They were all GREAT 😋😋😋 really delicious, including the sauce! The bread was also very fresh and was served to us without asking. We didn't really like the house white wine, but that's a matter of taste :) We would go back here again!

06/10/2025: Amazing truffle pasta 10/10 and great atmosphere sat outside - you catch all the guys walking up and down playing live music. Loved it.

06/10/2025: We were strolling through the charming streets of Taormina when we came across a lovely little spot adorned with flowers. The menu caught our eye, so we decided to step in — and luckily, a table was available right away. We ordered the tagliatelle with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, fresh chili, and pistachio, as well as the trofie pasta with pistachio, almond, and shrimp. Both dishes were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff warm and welcoming, and to top it off, we were treated to a complimentary shot of almond wine at the end.

05/10/2025: You gotta try this place, John / Giovanni makes it the best experience for you. Don’t be too afraid of the looks inside, the food and the magic is worth it. Card payment would be great though.
