Very well prepared and tasty dishes, friendly staff, modern atmosphere

The pulpo pasta was incredible. The pasta was cooked perfectly, as was the octopus. Presentation was on point and the dessert was delicious as well. The overall vibe of this place feels very intentional, evidenced by the high quality of the food and the charming-chic atmosphere.

We had a chance stop in this village and found this restaurant. We were the only patrons. Food was excellent especially the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As well as the sea bream fish and Florentine steak with Lemon tart for desert. The truffle pasta was tasteless and the salad was as well with unripe tomatoes and lifeless lettuce . I would highly recommend the place if you want meat or fish dishes.

Finally something new in Enna! Dinner with friends last night at Hostaria San Marco. The dishes were both delicious and beautiful. We tried the egg and octopus as appetizers, followed by the first course with pea cream and shrimp tartare, and two tuna tataki: everything was truly delicious and beautifully presented. The staff wasn't bad, although there was some room for improvement in the service. Overall, a great experience; we'll definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining here for my nephew's first communion and was pleasantly surprised: the food was excellent and unique, the atmosphere relaxed (not your typical chaotic restaurant or pizzeria) and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and quick. I loved it, so much so I decided to return with friends, again for dinner. The bar is definitely a plus... at least you can have a drink while waiting for latecomers! =) In short: quality food and friendly service. I'll definitely be back.

The waiters were kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't live up to the expectations raised by the reviews. I ordered octopus pasta, but the octopus was practically nonexistent, and the dish tasted more like simple pasta with cream and paprika. Considering the prices and the restaurant's reputation, I expected much higher quality.

A trip to Sicily that included stops in Noto, Syracuse, Enna, and Palermo. Lunch at the young Hostaria San Marco was undoubtedly the most satisfying food and wine experience of the tour. Excellent ingredients, cooked with care and imagination, impeccable service, a relaxing atmosphere, and fair prices. A top rating!

This was our best meal in Sicily so far. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the dishes were perfectly seasoned. Every dish had something special about it. For our starter, we had asparagus and Parmesan cream with a 64°C cooked egg – absolutely delicious. Then came the pasta with anchovies and toasted breadcrumbs, also incredibly tasty. The tuna tataki with poppy seeds was excellent. The semi-frozen almond ice cream with dark chocolate was also divine.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem by chance – thanks to the reviews and amazing photos of the food on Google… (it's somewhat tucked away in a passageway) and it was the best meal of our entire trip to Sicily!!! Unusual and wonderfully seasoned… the classics of Sicilian cuisine, but with a twist! And simply DELICIOUS! The service was also fantastic, super friendly, quick, and efficient! A wonderful evening at a very good price!
