Absolutely phenomenal pasta - the tagliatelle dish was literally a ratatouille come to Jesus moment for me. Lobster pasta was also insanely good. And whatever that dessert was drenched in liquor was TOP!
Great service and cute, unpretentious atmosphere. Gracie!

31/12/2025: A wonderful experience at this pizzeria! I highly recommend the "Mortadella & Pistacchio," whose flavor is truly unique! 👌🏼 The staff is friendly, and we had a lovely time.
In the foreground of the photo is the Parmigiana (the most popular choice, "El più scelto"), which was also very good!
31/12/2025: I come to Siracusa every year and therefore know every shop, especially in Ortigia. There's no shop more authentic than PUROS! The owner has become like an uncle to me; he and his family are the best.

24/02/2026: I'd been there before on a motorcycle tour and remember the bruschetta... But last Saturday... we came back for dinner... the four of us, Raclette for everyone! Amazing! Excellent quality vegetables and cured meats! Quiet atmosphere and friendly service! During the day, the view is picture-perfect... with Mount Bersaio... I'll definitely be back...
The restroom door, too... is a real gem!

10/11/2025: We had a wonderful time on a warm November Sunday, sitting on the veranda... we were immediately greeted with a truly refined appetizer and entrée, both balanced and delicious.
We enjoyed an excellent prosecco recommended by the very attentive and friendly staff, and then continued with superior pasta and main courses.
Definitely an experience we'll happily repeat!

We ate some of the best pasta we've ever eaten (the Sicilian pasta was excellent). It's a shame we didn't try other dishes!

18/10/2025: I recently visited Lipari with a group of friends from Verona through Le Isole d'Italia tour operator, and all our dinners were organized at Ristorante Il Corallo. The owner, Laura, along with her husband, the chef, and their staff delighted our palates by preparing seafood and other dishes from the menu. They also fulfilled all our wishes, preparing special dishes (such as arancini—delicious). Everything was excellent and plentiful. Thank you.
