16/10/2025: Such a beautiful location. Great atmosphere. The pizzas were excellent. What was a bit annoying was that the dishes were left until we paid. Otherwise, I can recommend the restaurant.

06/11/2025: We stayed for almost two weeks, and the service was very friendly and helpful. Parking is available on the premises, with a few additional spaces just outside. The grounds were well-maintained, but it was a shame there wasn't a circular path. The location right on a large lake sounds beautiful, but when full, it dries up and has a large rim lined with withered trees. Previously, you could drive around the lake, but now the road to the hotel is a dead end. Breakfast was really not good. Every day, the same two types of sausage and one type of sliced ​​cheese. The jams, as is so often the case in Italy, were simply sweet and tasteless. The boiled eggs were ice-cold, and the scrambled eggs were too runny. The "workout room" is a pavilion with two treadmills. Our room was at the lowest part of the complex, which was a bit of a challenge with large suitcases due to the steep slope. When it got dark, you had to use your phone's flashlight because parts of the path were very poorly lit. This was a bit dangerous, especially on the steps.

06/09/2025: Overall, this hotel is a lovely, peaceful place to unwind. The rooms consist of semi-detached "cottages" built into the hillside. Access is via a stepped path, making them immediately inaccessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Breakfast is included, while lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte or from a set menu, which is provided in writing at breakfast. A few caveats: one, as I mentioned earlier, is that the rooms (cottages) are generally quite noisy. Thirdly, the menu offered (via the breakfast menu) doesn't always meet expectations. For example, the salad is like antipasto, with chopped cabbage lacking in flavor. The same cabbage is used as a garnish/vegetable with a veal schnitzel. The price-quality/quantity ratio is not balanced, placing this hotel in the higher price range. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return, but perhaps for one or two nights.

28/11/2025: A good morning with music??? From Pinzellu!!!! Top breakfasts!!! Top staff!!! Kindness and courtesy are the first thing you notice when you enter the place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

15/11/2025: A friend recommended it to me, so I gave it a try. Nice place with seating inside or on the semi-open veranda. Excellent welcome and service. I had the mixed grill and fries. Delicious.

29/10/2025: Extremely disappointed. The wait for our food was far too long—an hour and a half—but what was worse was the timing. Two pasta dishes were served 20 minutes before our two pizzas, so our children ate 20 minutes after us! A disgrace! As compensation, they offered a €4 discount! It's pathetic. The pizzas were bland! Avoid at all costs!

The service - well... One child only wanted to order a side salad or a portion of fries (which is available on the menu). The staff then got rude and demanded that we order a set menu. This was despite the fact that we hadn't "just" ordered pizza, but entire menus with appetizers and expensive wine. The restaurant should be more accommodating... With a "Servizio & Coperto" charge of €2.50 per cover, you're already paying for the service.

10/10/2025: Bar that I frequent for my work lunch break, good choice of first courses, second courses, salads and even quicker snacks, all good. I always come back willingly, even for the carbonara.

03/01/2026: Too bad, no one comes out to take your order! They don't see you! This morning we'd been sitting for over twenty minutes, and no one came. When the waitress finally came out, I kindly pointed out that she was taking orders from the person who had arrived after us. She completely ignored me, without even apologizing or making amends! Instead, she continued to take orders from someone she might know, and we left without apologies or answers! Never again will I have a completely stale tiramisu! Olbia is full of other very welcoming bars and restaurants.

14/05/2025: I think this restaurant is pretty underrated in Sardinia ! Mario provided excellent service, was attentive and super kind! Besides the service being amazing , the food was also very good. Prices were fair and the portions were perfect . I need to give a shout out to Roberto for the amazing passion fruit spritz !! They were so good, if we could we would’ve ordered a jug !! Was definitely worth a stop to eat here !

29/10/2025: A seaside location with Tavolara in the background. There's a lovely loggia/terrace where you can eat or drink. Service is a bit haphazard, and prices are a bit high for Sardinia, with two Cokes and a coffee costing €10.

20/10/2025: We were here shortly before our return trip and were/are thrilled. Super friendly, delicious food, the chef is a dog lover, and the beach is a dream with a fantastic view of the Bay of Olbia. We'll definitely be back.

20/11/2025: Establishment has great food but terrible service and dined at this restaurant in summer 2024. At the end of the meal, I opted to pay by credit card, but card was rejected as the financial institution flagged the transaction as potential fraudulent activity. The tall thin Italian waiter threw the credit card back at me, slammed the credit card reader on the table and walked away, angry and annoyed. I then paid in cash and a smile reappeared on his face. Based on the lack of professionalism from the waiter, I do not recommend this establishment to potential diners.
