A wonderful seafront experience. The location is enchanting, with a view that makes lunch even more enjoyable. The service was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and always available. The cuisine is excellent, with well-crafted dishes, both gourmet and traditional. I will definitely be back. I recommend it.

Wonderful venue with breathtaking views, impeccable service, and Michelin-starred cuisine. We dined there two nights in a row, so we tried multiple courses, each one better than the last. The sea bass meunière, the tartare, and the grilled octopus were particularly noteworthy. Great for kids, too! We'll definitely be back. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

Excellent, fresh, and truly high-quality food. It's a real shame about the service. The staff were very polite but inefficient, and unfortunately, this is crucial in restaurants. We asked for a small plate for the shells of our first course, and it never arrived, so we ended up eating with all the empty shells in our plate of spaghetti. We paid a cover charge without bread or napkins. Fried shrimp and calamari, but mostly baby octopus. We waited 15 minutes for someone to stop by and ask for the bill, but we were too busy clearing the table, so we had to get up and go to the cashier. Overall, the location is charming and the food was truly good. I would recommend it if it weren't for the dining room! They're young, but it would be important to guide them properly! 💪🏻 The owner is very thoughtful and attentive to the customer. My partner asked me not to mention his "is everything okay?" question when he asked these verbal remarks. I hope it's just a way of being constructive.

The fregola was good, but the salt-baked snapper (at €100/kg) arrived overcooked, inevitably dry. It's a shame, because the raw ingredients were so good. Service is another area that needs work. The waiters are friendly, that's for sure, but it's clear they lack training: you can't make the customer feel like cleaning the fish is a difficult or stressful moment. It should be a smooth and professional gesture, not a chore. The Bill Here we come to the sore point. We ordered fregola pasta, snapper, three glasses of wine for two, and no dessert: we came to almost €90 each. Honestly? Too much. The location is fantastic, but the price doesn't match the attention to detail and the overall experience. In short: You pay, rightfully, for the view, which is priceless. But if you're looking for a high-end gastronomic experience that justifies a €90 bill, there are still several things to work on here, from kitchen management to the skills of the wait staff.

Well, with the new management and the restaurant's renovation, IL PIRATA has become a cult favorite among those who love excellent food—delicious and sophisticated, I'd say. The menu offers a good selection of both fish, which I prefer, and meat, all made with high-quality ingredients. The view right out to sea, with its pleasant breeze, is simply breathtaking. The owner is a wonderful, down-to-earth person, and the three waiters are always available to answer any questions. This is my second visit, and I think it will remain one of my favorite restaurants.

The seafood dishes are exceptional: the quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, and each course showcases the flavors of the sea in a refined yet authentic way. The excellent cuisine is complemented by the service staff, who stand out for their excellent availability, professionalism, and unpretentious smiles. A 5-star experience worth repeating and definitely recommending.
