19/04/2026: The staff was really inattentive and rushed. It's not just a problem with this Old Wild West, but with many others I've been to: good food, but the experience was ruined by the rude staff.
I understand that on Sundays it's a bit chaotic, and I wouldn't have said anything if it weren't for the fact that the lady at the cashier was really rude.
I ordered a Coke Zero, some tacos, and a Beef Experience.
Instead of the Coke Zero, they got a regular Coke, and oh well, they changed it.
The Beef Experience arrived before the tacos, but the tacos still didn't arrive. After mentioning this to several waiters, I'd already finished my plate, and the tacos arrived just as I was eating dessert.
Of course, I asked them to take them away, and the lady at the cashier angrily insinuated that I was the one who didn't want them.
Excuse me, but would you eat tacos with tiramisu? Let me understand.
14/04/2026: They've finally recovered with the food, the atmosphere has returned to its golden age, the staff is very friendly except for the new guy with the ponytail and long hair who dared to talk back to me and who is totally lazy about his job! He ruins the whole great team. For the rest, thanks to the waitress Piera who is super good and helpful, I hope the boy took his cue from her on how to do this job. He is the reason for the fourth star in my rating.

17/02/2026: We happened upon this restaurant for the Carnival parade. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the atmosphere was very cheerful.
29/09/2025: Ended up here because we were hungry and the recommended pizzerias were closed. Wish I could turn back time. Pizza dough not cooked through and through, the centre of the pizza one fat, soggy, inedible mess. Comments were ignored with an “okay” - and a day later my bowels still feel uncomfortable. Which goes to show: even Italians kan mess up pizza’s. Lesson learned: no matter how hungry you are, better drive to the next village and enjoy good food than opt for whatever this was.

19/04/2026: We had a pizza for €15 and two cans of Coke. I left €3 for the waiter, who was very attentive. The bill came to €30. I asked what it was for. "For drinks and service," was the reply. Top service!
04/04/2026: Incredible, the pizza was huge and delicious, and the staff were lovely; it's 100% worth it.

21/09/2024: Anni fa abbiamo scoperto questo locale rustico perché un nostro caro amico toscano capitano del veliero MEDITERRANEO alla fonda a Golfo Aranci apprezza molto la cucina e in Sardegna va alla ricerca di locande, trattorie, ristoranti e quant'altro.
Una sera ci ha portato da Cut & Grill per mangiare il porceddu ed era veramente buono. Giovedì sera 19 settembre 2024 abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone.
Non una delusione ma molto molto di più ➕️.
Primo, il porceddu non era un maialino da latte ma molto grande lo si vedeva dalle ossa.
Secondo, la carne non aveva il sapore del porceddu.
Terzo, servito freddo e lo abbiamo rimandato indietro chiedendo il porceddu caldo.
Quarto, l'hanno semplicemente riscaldato ed aveva un sapore di fumo.
Quinto, il gestore indignato dalle nostre critiche.
Io avevo proposto di lasciare il tavolo e andare via e se avesse fatto storie avrei chiamato i NAS (una controllata alla struttura non farebbe male). Gli altri invece hanno cercato di mangiare quella schifezza.
105 € buttati via.

Ieri sera siamo stati alla locanda Rudalza. Porceddu cotto a vista dentro un camino, non allo spiedo, ma steso all'uso dei pastori del Gennargentu, tagliato davanti ai nostri occhi, che dire una bontà che non mangiavo da anni quando per caso ci fermammo in una locanda sulla montagna La Marmora del Gennargentu.
26/08/2024: In vacanza io ed il mio compagno alloggiamo in un b&b vicinissimo a questo posto da dimenticare (5km ) …Non conoscendo il luogo chiediamo al nostro Maitre Giovanni .
Ci consiglia Cut and grill di Olbia dicendo che si mangia abbastanza bene ed i prezzi nn sono eccessivi…..
Arriviamo…entriamo….ci sediamo….e scopriamo che nn cw un menù da cui scegliere quindi la cameriera ci invita ad andare con lei per comporre i nostri piatti …..da qui:
1)livello di pulizia -10🥹🥹🥹
2) c’è un phone sotto la griglia🥲🥲
3)il personale litiga tra loro….🤬🤬
Componiamo i piatti:
Nel primo due spiedini di numero misti nel secondo una porzione di maialino più’
1/2 vino bianco della casa e una Bottiglia di H2O…
Questo scherzetto è costato 65 €…
Ed un supplemento di 5€ perché mm ci hanno offerto nemmeno l’amaro……
State alla larga 😂😂😂😂😂😂

08/09/2024: Una sola volta andati e pienamente soddisfatti sia degli hamburger comprati, fatti da loro a detta del proprietario, che della gentilezza di quest’ultimo, cordiale e simpatico….., caratteristiche non proprio sempre presente in queste zone…
