03/08/2024: I'll put you in context, we arrived at 9:00 p.m. on the outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, there were 3 tables with people. And we observed the 1st ugly mistake, people sitting and reserved tables with cushions on both the back and the seat, they allocate us a seat and tell us that they don't have any more. We decided to move on,... we ordered the food and 2nd serious mistake...the dishes come with a difference between 8' and 10' minutes between one another. 3rd serious and ugly mistake, they charge us €4 for cover and they don't serve us bread, 5th mistake, the 4 Formaggio pizza did not have cheese, literally. It is true that I come from a country like Spain, and don't really misunderstand what I am going to say, my grandparents are Italian and I have Italian nationality, but perhaps the problem is that I come from a country that eats real food, what is What is done is done well and tourism is taken care of too much, not for nothing the best cuisine in the world and Mediterranean. But hey, I don't pretend that Italy is better or worse than others, but if I order a simple pizza (the only good thing about Italian pizza is that it is made with a wood oven) at least it should be with the ingredients that I order. !!!4 CHEESEOSS!!! I eat without making trouble, even though I make sure And I asked the manager if what they served me has 4 cheeses and he said yes. It was time to pay and the bill was €106, I paid him €110. I was waiting for the change for 25 minutes until I called a waiter and he told me that they didn't have coins to return so they decided to keep the change. There I became serious and also a little upset, finally they gave me back the €4 thanks to the waiter named Momo, the only one, who in addition to being a cook, had to go out to the terrace to lend a hand, because those who were serving were unpresentable. . One of the managers (blonde, chubby and unpresentable) hears me talking to Momo and had no choice but to approach the table and ask me what had happened, and I really told him what happened, summary? It is true that I come from Spain, they eat real food and here they have not yet emerged from the post-war period, but one thing is that what they serve is rubbish and another thing is that they do not serve tourism well, after all. Sardinia lives exclusively from Tourism!!! And it is not noticeable in any corner of the island. In short, after the manager's talk, at 9:00 p.m. when I sat down I asked him if he spoke Spanish and he said no, only Italian and English... and when at 11:30 p.m. I started talking, my wife started to talk. Translating him into English tells me that he speaks little Spanish but he speaks it and understands it perfectly. That is to say that he teases me when I come in to eat. Well, returning to the end, I told him everything that had happened, I left at ease and waited for an I'm sorry, I apologize... and he only told me that's it? If I told him he said thank you good night. This is the summary of the care in general lines in Sardinia. A disaster!!!! This place is not recommended at all. I don't give it less than one star because they don't allow Google. I felt bad about not tipping 10% of the drink as is my custom, because at the end of the day I am a worker and I like to reward the worker as I like to be valued when I do things well. But today I couldn't leave him a single euro, my principles and values ​​do not allow it.

25/08/2024: Not suitable for small children: If we ask for a 2 year old girl who eats little: We can have half a portion of one of the pastas offered and you reply: "they are fixed portions but if you want I'll bring you half but you pay the same or I'll bring you a complete one and I'll make you a doggin bag" means that it's not a place for small children. ..this in my opinion. Food quality and cuisine however suitable

28/08/2024: Deliberately slightly retro atmosphere with kind owners and amiable conversationalists. Excellent dishes with the right serving time. For the consumer, honest prices also considering the caliber of the place. 3 first courses (spaghetti with clams), 3 second courses all fish (superb soute') with DOCG 50 eu. Each for 4 people

25/07/2024: Het is heerlijk eten, maar erg simpel qua uitstraling stoelen en tafels, bediening en presentatie van het eten. Wel vriendelijke mensen maar voor 40,- euro en een TripAdvisor award hadden we meer verwacht.

24/07/2024: Délicieux ! Des plats typiques qui se succèdent sans fin. Une adresse incontournable où vous aurez toute la Sardaigne dans votre assiette. 40€/personne vin, eau, café inclus. Cela vaut largement le prix vu la qualité et la quantité de plats servis !

07/07/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante 3 volte durante la nostra vacanza. Sin dalla prima cena siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dall'accoglienza e dal servizio attento e premuroso ma non invadente. Abbiamo mangiato sia carne che pesce, buono anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

16/06/2024: Ci siamo fermati a cena appena arrivati a San Teodoro e siamo ritornati l'ultimo giorno della nostra vacanza, perché ci ha colpito molto la bontà del cibo e la gentilezza del personale! La Seadas mangiata qui, credo sia una delle migliori mai mangiate nella zona! Complimenti

14/08/2024: Pessima esperienza. Cucina improvvisata ,eravamo un gruppo di dieci persone ,abbiamo ordinato un impepata di cozze ,ottima ,subito dopo sono arrivati i primi ,un solo commento: DISASTRO! Insipiti ,,arrivato freddi e con scarsissimo condimento! Eravamo già stati l'anno scorso e avevamo un ricordo positivo .Sarà cambiato qualcosa..tra l'altro ,pur facendo notare il Nostro disagio non si sono confrontati con Noi.Hanno eliminato dal conto i primi con i ricci immangiabile,ma qomunque la media del conto è stata di 25 € a testa per un antipasto con vino ,perché il primo è stato riportato indietro o non mangiato.Siamo dovuti andare a casa a cucinarli quslcosa.Non consiglio assolutamente! E consiglio ai gestori di frequentare una scuola alberghiera!

03/08/2024: We ordered 4 gin and tonics for a total of €66 which, compared to the quality of the drinks, is really too much. Confused and dirty environment with music too loud. Tables crowded together without enough chairs and poor service. In summary we spent a lot and drank badly. We strongly advise against it.

25/07/2024: We always come for an aperitif in this bar when we are on holiday in San Teodoro and we are never disappointed. It is a very youthful environment but also suitable for families. The cocktails are good and are accompanied by a small platter with truly excellent typical Sardinian products. The only negative aspect is perhaps a slight inattention of the staff when there is crowding which, however, is typical of places inundated with tourists at the peak of the season. We will definitely be back other times!

24/07/2024: The beautifully designed homepage and the surprisingly good reviews do not reflect the condition of the campsite as I experienced it: it is old, neglected and unkempt. The toilets were not cleaned (see photo). The showers were not cleaned (see photo). The sink area was also very dirty and had not been cleaned. Although the garbage cans were emptied, the area around them remained dirty (see photo). In addition, the place we had occasionally smelled of gray water because the disposal area was not separate but in the camping area. I actually wanted to stay four nights; But after the second I'm gone, and I won't look back. The silence and the beautiful beach don't change that. (€56/night/2 people incl. electricity; July 2024)

20/07/2024: STRAY DOGS !!! There are several stray dogs on the campsite, including one which is clingy and aggressive (barking, growling) especially in the evening. We couldn't go to the toilet and shower because the dog wouldn't let us out of our tent. By talking with other vacationers we learned that the dog in question had been hanging around for a long time and that he was scaring other people. We went to inform the campsite reception of this situation. The gentleman did not take us seriously, he does not intend to change that, did not even apologize and cut our exchange short. We are scandalized to have paid €38 for not even being able to use the toilets!!

15/07/2024: * I have never written a negative review but I felt it was important for other people to understand that this is not a Belmond yet... it is nowhere close to the caliber of service that is to be expected of hotels that cost this much. We wrote the email below to the team after our honeymoon and after 2+ weeks haven't gotten a single response. The poor service, insane prices and lack of care is clear throughout the entire property. Given they didn't care about the email (below), I thought it was important that others understood what you are signing up for at Romazzino. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It all began on our first night, at the Terrace restaurant. We were taken aback when our waiter approached us for the first time with no hello, but rather a "ready to order? Eat? Drink?" We told him we needed a moment and only communicated next when he took our order. My husband ordered the Four More drink (42 Euro), which the server was extremely confused by, asking my husband to point it out on the menu. There were also several spelling mistakes on the menu and we were asked if we were ready for the check several times. On our first night of our honeymoon, if felt odd to be rushed out and for nobody to acknowledge the day. The following morning at breakfast, we each ordered an Eggs Benedict (which was confusingly listed as Eggs Florentine). We got two pieces of ham, topped with two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. No English muffin. When we pointed out the mishap to the woman in charge, she kindly apologized and let us know that yes, an English muffin should be present. We waited 10 minutes to be brought a piece of white toast on a side plate - not at all the proper element of the dish, with our eggs and ham have gone cold. A few additional things then further soured our experience, such as the host at breakfast each morning being confused by our room number (writing it down in the margin of her list of guests), the hairdryer in our room only blasting cold air, and calling to request a steamer for two garments, to which it was insisted that we have the Romazzino team press (being assured it will be complimentary). Upon return of the items, we received a bill for 53 euros and after calling again to voice the confusion, the manager assured us it would be taken off of our bill right away. It wasn't, as we found out at checkout. On our last night, we decided to eat at the bar. The gentlemen serving us greeted us kindly and remembering the tomato water risotto I ate at the Terrace restaurant, I thought to ask if it were possible to serve the risotto from the level above at the bar. We were told this was absolutely impossible, which of course I accepted. A few moments later, the table next to ours arrived and were served an entire dinner from upstairs (including the Sardinian bread basket and olive oil, and a plethora of items from the terrace). I understand that situations between parties differ, but it seemed a bit careless to claim it absolutely impossible and proceed to do so, at the table right next to ours. At checkout, we were first told that our reservation couldn't be found in the system. Once it was, we were told that the system had us checking in that day (the day we were checking out) for two days. We explained more than once that this was impossible, as we're clearly checking out and have stayed on the property for four nights. This disclosure didn't seem necessary as it only further proved the overall chaos and misunderstanding we felt at the property, and placed us in a stressful position. This stay was followed by a few other hotel experiences that we expected to be of lower caliber than the Romazzino (hence why we wanted to begin the celebration here). It was only at the Romazzino that not a single staff member recognized our honeymoon or made us feel celebrated. To us, our experiences at the Belmond are always a clear step above any so this disappointment was especially shocking.

18/08/2024: The waiter was not motivated at all - grumpy face, no smile, hard to have his attention to even order something. The drinks were good, nice loud house music with a live dj(kinda).
