Pizzeria on the corner of the traffic light. The dough could have been cooked a few minutes longer, but the ingredients were good. I ordered an eggplant and mushroom platter...sufficient.

05/06/2026: The campsite was very clean, the sanitary facilities were spotless, and there was direct access to the town without having to go out onto the road. The view of the sea was breathtaking... a truly beautiful spot. The owner was able to arrange a taxi for us to and from the town in the evening and also arranged for us to take a boat trip from Castro Marina to explore the sea caves. Be sure to ask about prices.
20/05/2026: A quiet campsite in a small pine forest, with access to a stunning cove. The location is excellent, and the owners are friendly. The cleanliness is excellent.

22/11/2025: On a November evening when practically everything in northern Gallura is closed, Pizzeria Caltinu in Palau is like a beacon for sailors at night! Very good food; the pizza dough surprised me with its lightness and flavor! The service is quick and friendly, and the bill was equally surprising. I've finally found a winter refuge where I can enjoy excellent pizza at lunchtime and in the evening! Congratulations, Caltinu 🤩
