24/07/2026: We had a great experience at Ristorante Barbagia. The restaurant was busy, which is why I would definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. The staff were hardworking, friendly and very fast, always making sure everything was taken care of. We ordered the traditional Sardinian Porceddu (roast suckling pig), and it was juicy, tender and full of flavour. I also had the boar, and it was exceptional. The meat was incredibly soft, juicy and literally melted in my mouth. The potatoes served with the dishes were also excellent and perfectly cooked. We also tried the salmon pasta, which was delicious and full of flavour. One thing that really stood out was the portion sizes, which were very generous and definitely worth it. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Olbia. The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent, but make sure to reserve a table in advance because the restaurant is almost always full.

08/06/2026: A beautiful, elegant, and well-kept venue, with pleasant, soft music creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The service was attentive, professional, and always friendly, making us feel welcomed from start to finish. We enjoyed a delicious tagliata and an excellent carbonara, accompanied by an excellent local wine. To finish on a sweet note, a delicious seadas, truly unmissable. We will definitely be back: a true gem here in Olbia!

05/10/2025: It was a culinary delight. So many delicious homemade dishes. Unfortunately, we couldn't try everything, but what we did eat was delicious. We'll try everything else next year. Highly recommended. A presto e grazie for the warmth.

14/06/2026: I returned to this restaurant after a few years, where I'd always enjoyed it, but unfortunately this year I had a bad experience. Besides the extremely high prices, starting with the €3.50 cover charge and the filtered Aquamea at €3 a liter, I ordered the gluten-free pizza, which, unfortunately, was terrible. The first one arrived half-frozen (the dough is frozen, and they add the toppings when you order). They remade it for me, but even the terrible one, which I ate only because I was hungry. And they charged me for both! Then I ordered a typical Sardinian dessert from Alghero, crema catalana, but they brought me a dessert that had nothing to do with the classic recipe... and on top of that, it was frozen, and I paid €7. The restaurant is very nice and the staff is friendly, but I don't think I'll be returning.

17/07/2026: I've been there twice already, and I can definitely say I'll be back! The staff is fantastic: kind, helpful, and always smiling. The food? Simply delicious! Today, however, my stomach decided to play food critic for me. 😅 I was feeling a bit unwell, and the waiter, along with the kitchen staff, was kind enough to stop the preparation of my next course. A truly thoughtful and much appreciated gesture. My boyfriend, on the other hand, enjoyed every last bite! I can't wait for my day off so I can go back and finally eat that dish I chose... this time, I hope without any protests from my stomach! 😂 Thank you again for your kindness, and see you soon!
