A huge and unusual menu... fantastic dishes... pizza artists... every dish seems special... the pizza was very, very delicious... the Sardinian beer is an acquired taste. Highly recommended.

We discovered the CuPPulata restaurant because of its gluten-free options. The staff pointed out that they couldn't guarantee the absence of gluten traces (same kitchen). So, people with celiac disease should be cautious. The food was absolutely fantastic! They even served a gluten-free roll with the salad. The staff was very attentive and always made sure that the dishes we ordered were indeed gluten-free. Thank you so much for the great service and delicious food!

Everything was excellent. Delicious pizza. Excellent dessert. Really good raw vegetables. Satisfied. Fair prices. Clean place. Excellent service. Also open out of season. Good balance between respect for privacy and attentive staff. We'll be back.

22/11/2025: On a November evening when practically everything in northern Gallura is closed, Pizzeria Caltinu in Palau is like a beacon for sailors at night! Very good food; the pizza dough surprised me with its lightness and flavor! The service is quick and friendly, and the bill was equally surprising. I've finally found a winter refuge where I can enjoy excellent pizza at lunchtime and in the evening! Congratulations, Caltinu 🤩
