Roberto Vannicelli, my lifelong brother, invited me, and twice I tasted the food and wine from a slice of Sardinia planted in the Colli Portuensi. Having Max as the restaurant's "flavor ambassador" was a fundamental support. I particularly recommend the crudo, linguine with lobster, very light fried fish, and seadas. The Vermentino di Gallura selection is wide and always spot on. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I recommend it without hesitation.

Brothers, let's go! Great restaurant! The squid roe pasta was intoxicatingly fragrant; I lingered on it all night. The seafood risotto was also delicious, though I didn't quite like the creaminess masking the seafood flavor, but it was absolutely delicious. You can feel the chef's dedication to quality. Rome's fresh seafood definitely can't compare to that of Neapolitan, which is near the coast. So the chilled octopus salad was just so-so. It's about 30 to 40 euros per person. We also ordered a stewed fish; the portion was generous and it came with bread—quite tasty.
