16/05/2026: I go there every time I'm in Palau. The owner, a "unique" character, has stepped away; his son has even taken over the kitchen. The shrimp tartare and foie gras are a must. The mixed fried fish is phenomenal... the risotto acquarello... Try it and believe it.

08/05/2026: We had a wonderful meal, the cuisine was exceptional, and you could tell there was a lot of research and quality behind every dish. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the dishes were original, the tartare was incredible, as were the sea bream fillets. Overall, it was a culinary experience from start to finish. The staff was also always attentive, kind, and friendly.

02/05/2026: I live in La Maddalena, and on May 1st, my family and I went to the Assaggio restaurant, based on the excellent reviews on the website. We had lunch with a mix of mussels, first courses, and second courses. What can I say...SUPERLATIVE... You can smell the sea and taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. The place is very welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautiful. The staff is very kind and friendly. Mrs. Lilli is very nice and kind. It was a fantastic discovery at the Assaggio restaurant. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back. CONGRATULATIONS 💖

08/10/2025: There were 9 of us: 4 adults, 5 teenagers/children. The food was okay (depending on what you ordered, it was also good), and the atmosphere in the restaurant was okay. The service - well... One child only wanted to order a side salad or a portion of fries (which is available on the menu). The staff then got rude and demanded that we order a set menu. This was despite the fact that we hadn't "just" ordered pizza, but entire menus with appetizers and expensive wine. The restaurant should be more accommodating... With a "Servizio & Coperto" charge of €2.50 per cover, you're already paying for the service.

30/08/2024: Siamo in vacanza a Porto Cervo da due settimane e abbiamo provato sia questa volta, che in passato svariati ristoranti. Bene, questo è in assoluto quello che lascia ricordi indelebili. La location è meravigliosa, una piccola perla di calma ed energia positiva nascosta fra le rocce e la vegetazione. Il servizio attento, cordiale e mai invadente ti fa sentire a casa. Della cucina che dire, SUPERLATIVA. Lo Chef Alessandro Menditto ha arte pura nelle mani e noi non possiamo che ringraziare per l’esperienza eccezionale che ci ha permesso di trascorrere. Torneremo sicuramente e ci sentiamo di consigliare a gran voce questo luogo a tutti coloro che dovessero essere in zona.

22/08/2024: Menù scarso , rapporto qualità prezzo inesistente , non lo considererei una stella Michelin ma un ristorante in un resort di lusso dove si sta più attenti al luogo che al cibo
