We chose the fixed menu, plus a bottle of wine (€60) and an extra raw appetizer (4 scampi and 4 shrimp), without the price being listed. It should be noted that on the menu, an appetizer with 2 oysters, 2 truffles, 2 red or purple shrimp, 2 scampi, tartare, and baby cuttlefish costs €58. The cod they served us was so salty we had to leave it alone, and the beetroot entree was the same. The service and ambiance were pleasant. Final bill: €360 for two. The additional appetizer cost €112, a completely outrageous amount. When we called to clarify, the price was confirmed (€200/kg), all with an unprofessional attitude and giggles over the phone. 11/10/2025: Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here. We were excited about eating some seafood. The antipasto of cozze alla marinara was good. Then, we ordered 1 portion of fish ravioli to share. The dish lacked flavor entirely and the ravioli were definitely not fresh or cooked well. Not only that, they charged us for 2 portions when we asked for one. The grilled calamari was good.

03/09/2025: We visited the bar/restaurant because we thought they grilled a fish throughout the day. Unfortunately, they only do it in the evenings and only with a reservation. That left us with just a small selection of dishes to choose from, which I would describe as fast-food quality. Okay to eat, not particularly good or bad, and the price is, let’s say, reasonable for what you get. What I can praise is the view and the location. Otherwise, the place is furnished with plastic chairs and tables, so I definitely wouldn’t go back.

28/11/2025: As a Sassarese, I discovered a new experience after years, but more than anything, a warm, welcoming home that takes you on a tasting journey through Sassari's signature dishes, all worthy of note without any off-key notes. With over 12 courses, you felt right at home, and we shared a moment of pure gastronomic pleasure and conviviality. Bravo, Angelo, the food, service, and location are TOP!

15/11/2025: We went to the "Su Cuile" restaurant and had a truly wonderful meal. We ordered appetizers and first courses, and the snails stood out, truly delicious: flavorful, perfectly prepared, and with a mouth-watering sauce. The appetizers were rich and authentic, and the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in the kitchen were evident in every dish. Mr. Angelo, the owner, was very friendly, helping to create a family-friendly atmosphere. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. I absolutely recommend Su Cuile to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic traditional cuisine from Sassari and beyond. We'll definitely be back!

29/08/2025: Avoid. The food is poor quality, and the management and staff are worse than the food. I advise any tourist to go elsewhere and stay away from these rude people who don't deserve a cent.

Okay, it was a village festival evening, okay, the menu was limited, okay, the dishes were 10 EUR... but more than 30 minutes of waiting to eat on plastic plates, with plastic cutlery.... very limited quantities (even for 10 EUR) and the glass of wine (origin not specified) at 7 euros stuck in my throat...

11/09/2025: What should we say? I think the photos are enough! Sometimes words are useless when faced with such quality and beauty. The friendliness of the waiters and the owner was excellent. We've never had such delicious lobster pasta. Best of luck with everything.

01/03/2026: Low-quality food, service that asks obvious and inappropriate questions given the disappointing offerings.... It never gets worse than this.

10/02/2026: Abundant and delicious complete meals, the pizza is good, the bar service is attentive and accommodating, a tobacconist and a small bazaar complete the place, an appropriate name for a place that is a bit of an oasis to take refuge after the long traffic jams.
