28/08/2025: We came from Milan and found this little restaurant in the center of Sassari: a real discovery! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, carefully explaining the menu's ingredients and how to order meals. We chose six tastings, all truly delicious 🤤, and the dessert was delicious. Super fair prices and a pleasant atmosphere. An absolutely worthwhile place: highly recommended to anyone passing through Sassari!

17/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in Cuglieri. A delightful discovery. This is where you can taste the real Sardinia! Simple dishes, but expertly prepared, all authentic and flavorful. We tried the suckling pig, their specialty, which melted in your mouth! The staff was always attentive and smiling. The young lady who served us was truly talented and knowledgeable. The prices were very fair. I highly recommend this place if you want to taste the real Sardinia!

13/07/2025: If you're looking for authentic, typical Sardinian food, this is the place to be! Desogos in Cuglieri serves delicious, authentic dishes – even game is on the menu. Great value for money, and Pina is simply wonderful: always friendly and attentive. The ambiance is just as special: a cozy, traditional dining room with lovingly decorated walls, rustic wooden furniture, and a beautiful fireplace. Everything is adorned with Sardinian details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You immediately feel at home here! Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: We visited this restaurant, which to call excellent is an understatement. We booked a few weeks in advance and were greeted and seated. The decor is unique, the atmosphere is serene and tranquil. We booked a few days in advance and the Roots menu was a sensory and taste experience. Try the spaghetti, grilled lettuce, sapa and shoyu with coffee in a bread sauce, yeast garum, and casizolu, and so on. It was accompanied by a delicious Rafia Vermentino wine, and finished with a sparkling pre-dessert dessert and myrtle liqueur.

In addition to super-good pizzas, both by the slice and round, with an exceptional takeout service for its speed and punctuality with orders, it also boasts a very rich cuisine of dishes, both land and sea, with excellent appetizers, first courses, second courses and delicious side dishes. The product is always absolutely fresh and very well served. The hosts, Matteo and Francesca, are fantastic; kindness, hospitality and availability are their strengths. I highly recommend it even to the most demanding palates. Always very satisfied every time I use their service. 👏👏👏
