I can confirm that it wasn't just an "adaptation," but a true gluten-free culinary experience: from the bread to the appetizers, to the dessert, I enjoyed every course without any difference from the others. Special thanks go to the owner and all the staff, whose professionalism and attention made the dinner unforgettable. The final surprise was the receipt: there was no extra charge for gluten-free, a rare and truly appreciated feature.
