Gelateria che conosco molto bene, ho provato ormai quasi tutti i gusti e posso solo ogni volta confermare la prima impressione di genuinità e buoni ingredienti. Il servizio gentile e il fatto affatto secondario che fuori dalle porte del locale c'è il parchetto di Santa Maria invece di una via di città possono solo confermare il piacere di esserne cliente. Definitivamente una delle mie gelaterie preferite (e posso dire di conoscerne davvero molte di gelaterie)

Petard. Basically every flavor is great. I'm 49 years old and this is the best ice cream I've ever eaten. I recommend!!!!

One of the best ice cream parlors in Sardinia. A lot of it is made from local fruit. Great varieties are Fico and Pistacchio. Ricotta is sometimes very good and sometimes too sweet with too much honey. What I mean to say is that the same types of ice cream can taste different depending on the day. I also tried Mirto, a flavor that I don't like at all in several ice cream parlors but if I were to eat it I would do it here. There is a younger employee who speaks good English and can tell you a lot about the production. The other employee is even friendlier!

Ottimo gelato, senz'altro il migliore di Santa Maria Novarese, poi la fila di persone in attesa di essere servite, ne sono la testimonianza. Genuino, gustoso, digeribile ad un prezzo onesto.

02/04/2024: Personal approach, delicious food, we loved it, thank you.
23/10/2023: Incredibly polite and accommodating host. We were surprised with several greetings from the kitchen. The food was tasty, although expensive. The atmosphere was rather rustic, but cozy. I can still recommend it without reservation!

02/02/2024: We were here at beginning of October, 2023. The place, reviews and tastes are just overrated. Actually we dissappointed, in Sardinia there are many more options to taste amazing flavours. Beside that we had the table outside and the black ashes and dirt from the chimney of the pizza shop next door, were raining down on us. The service and experience we received did not match the modern fine dining concept with a local touch in which the restaurant tried to position itself.
10/12/2023: Family lunch. We thank Battistina and Fabio for the welcome, explanation and advice on the dishes and compliments on the quality. GOOD
