05/07/2025: 🍷 An authentic and romantic corner in the heart of Sulcis Sogno Sulcitano is exactly what the name promises: a small culinary dream in an intimate and refined setting. We stopped for dinner. The environment is welcoming, tastefully decorated with flowers, white curtains and rustic details that make you feel at home, but with a touch of magic. The menu offers typical local dishes, carefully revisited and served in colorful ceramics that are a spectacle in themselves. From appetizers to desserts, each course is designed to tell a piece of Sardinia: local cured meats and cheeses and a dessert of seadas and sweet tortelli filled with ricotta (I don't remember the name) freshly made. Attentive, smiling and never intrusive service. All accompanied by a good wine and the soft light of the evening.

10/07/2025: Cena eccellente! È stato molto piacevole scoprire che la qualità delle pietanze che abbiamo gustato è immutata. Il menù fisso non punisce l’eccellenza dei piatti. Antipasto vario con verdure, salumi e formaggi. Michele, che produce le eccellenze che porta in tavola, è sempre prodigo nel descrivere ciò che abbiamo gustato. Notevoli i primi e strepitosi gli arrosti: agnello e porcellino. Ottimi anche i dolci. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci!

19/07/2025: Charmant restaurant sarde découvert lors d’une escale De bonnes sardines marinées et un loup très bien cuit accompagné de légumes nous ont permis de poursuivre notre belle ballade en mer. Un service rapide car c’est une des nombreuses tables touristiques de l’île mais ce qu’il y a dans l’assiette est frais et bien cuisiné !

12/07/2025: We only tried the restaurant, having dined there several times. Excellent local cuisine at more than fair prices. We tried Culurgiones, ravioli, suckling pig, seadas with bitter honey, and house myrtle liqueur—all delicious. Very kind and attentive staff.

14/07/2025: In a modern setting, yet still evoking the warmth of Valerio's (the owner) family. We had a really good time; the atmosphere and food were excellent, the prices fair, and the ingredients even more so. The unusual "ravioli all'anas" (pictured) stand out for dessert. Recommended.

27/06/2025: Sandy beach with medium depth, in about ten meters you can't touch the sea, maybe a little crowded but 2 steps away there are 2 empty beaches, parking €20 per day

18/06/2025: Parking is quite expensive, motorbike 2 euro per hour, car 3 euro per hour and all day 20 euro. No services connected, no bathrooms no showers, no bins. On the other hand the beach is very beautiful and has a beautiful view.

24/06/2025: The place looks directly onto the port inside and is quite large and also has an outside veranda....we had an excellent pizza for the dough and well seasoned the staff is kind and the service is quite quick the bill is normal....a little advice maybe given that it has large windows overlooking the street it would be nicer if maybe there was at least half a sort of opacifying film so as to reserve the customer who is inside and finds himself seeing the people passing under the sidewalk in short to have a little more privacy ☺️

10/06/2025: A wonderful discovery! There's a desire to please, a taste of originality, and it's achieved with simplicity and efficiency. Bravo! A charming welcome, and the smiles of Porto Torres are preserved everywhere, again...

09/07/2025: Finally, after many years, we were able to come to this place on a Saturday night. The location is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly. We had two pizzas, a Caprese without the prosciutto and one whose name I don't remember, but colored with spirulina. The pizzas were beautifully presented and the dough was excellent. For our tastes, it lacked that little kick that would make it perfect, but even so, it was excellent. The prices are reasonable for the quality. It's worth a try 🥰

30/06/2025: I’ve followed Japú on Instagram for a while, the food always looks great, and to be fair, most of it delivered. The Chicken Yakisoba was very flavorful and well-portioned. Two other people at the table shrimp and salmon dishes were tasty too, but a bit light for the price ($22–$23) with just a small bowl of fried rice. The drinks were good, but not good enough to justify the price, $14 to $16.50 for 8–9 oz cocktails without premium spirits mentioned or presented. Just didn’t feel like a good value. Service was slightly mixed. Our server was incredibly polite, and mostly on point but I had to ask three times for a Coke before it finally came, and only after the others at the table also asked. He wasn’t busy at the time (just one other table), so it stood out. Again, the rest of the service was on point. My biggest issue: there’s an automatic 18% service charge, but it’s not clearly disclosed on the menu, just in fine print "Tip Automatically Applied". And to make it worse, the receipt suggests another tip on top, calculated after tax and the service fee. Idid ask the server, who said that goes to the kitchen. If that's the case, that's not a tip, and on top of the high prices, we're also paying separately for the kitchen staff, not just the server. That’s confusing at best, and deceptive at worst. In Massachusetts, that kind of charge needs to be disclosed clearly and honestly. Solid flavors, great presentation, but transparency and attentiveness need work.

05/07/2025: We went there on Thursday evening on the advice of a friend of ours, a very nice and clean place. One flaw, unfortunately very important, the wait.... We sat down at 8:35 pm, took the order 10 minutes later, pizzas arrived at 10:10 pm I would like to compliment the waiter in the room named Marco, really very smart and friendly, he also immediately took care of our Chihuahua with a bowl of water. The only shame was the wait.

29/06/2025: Modern place with garden Outside, lots of seats, unfortunately you can't book a table, first come, first served......, otherwise you have to wait for the table to become free, be careful because if you arrive too late 9.30/10 the kitchen is likely to be closing so only pizza. Anyway, large place, very friendly staff I had spaghetti with clams and they were pleasant, my wife had a pizza nothing special. Very good service.
