Pizza Carbonara is EXCELLENT! The staff is helpful and very friendly!!! TOP place!!!

The other day I went on a walk in the Old Town of Alghero. I went for pizzas with my family on a nice summer evening. After we sat down we got an appetizer which cost 3 EUROS PER PERSON (hidden as a 'coperti' so basically service charges) but that isn't the thing that I dislike about it, it's the fact that the appetizers were very dry and no olive oil was provided. After I politely asked the waiter for olive oil he nodded yes but then forgot and after five minutes of waiting I had to remind him again. After he finally brought it to us the oil was basically empty. Then, the pizzas came and they were truly one of the worst pizzas I had in Italy, the dough lacked taste and the tomato sauce wasn't much better. I really think the rating 3 justifies itself.

The food was okay; I was glad I hadn't ordered the carbonara like the guest at the next table. The egg was curdled and looked awful. But I'm not reviewing the food at the next table; mine was fine for such a touristy place.

Last night we had dinner at GIOR, and I have to say it was one of the best evenings in months. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a genuine smile and impeccable professionalism. The food was simply extraordinary. The service was excellent: attentive, fast, but never invasive. The prices were fair for the quality offered. We left happy, full, and already eager to return. Highly recommended to anyone who loves good Italian cuisine made with passion and the highest-quality ingredients. We will definitely be back, and very soon!

We had a delicious pizza there. We hardly had to wait; it was very quick. The staff was very friendly and even brought water and a complimentary small dessert for the children. We were also offered a complimentary limoncello. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We loved the place; a terrace in a pretty square, with a great atmosphere. The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. We had a charcuterie board, fried fish, pizza, and grilled fish—everything was tasty.
