We went for lunch today with relatives from Tuscany who tried Sardinian dishes for the first time and what can I say? Traditional Sardinian food and very kind staff. We can't wait to go back!

A lunch of goodness and slowness. It's the perfect place to enjoy good food, a slow, sweet lunch, an intimate, and peaceful place.
An experience we'd been looking for for so many days in Cagliari. Enjoying the moment, chatting, learning about, and savoring the most delicious Sardinian dishes.
We ordered a plate of traditional cheeses to share, fresh and just the right amount for two. For our first course, we had artichoke ravioli. Every bite was a unique experience to savor.
Invited, we ordered a "sebadas," truly delicious and well-made.
The Mirto was also very good!
The menu is also written in Sardinian, which is very nice and unusual.
The dishes, even for vegetarians like me, are DELICIOUS.
The place was clean, and the service was very attentive and kind.
This place feels like home.

A lunch like I've never had in my life.
Attentive service, a homey atmosphere, I didn't want to get up from my chair.
A place I treasure in my memory; I can't wait to return to Cagliari to stop time again and enjoy the food and tranquility.
Sardinian cuisine, authentic and heartfelt.
Traditional cheeses, culurgiones, and the best sebada I've ever eaten.
Time stood still, and the service was super friendly.
Thank you so much for everything.

We arrived in Cagliari on Saturday morning, and it was our first time visiting the city. We were looking for an authentic place, and here we found it: excellent food and the truly extraordinary kindness of the staff.
The restaurant is located in the most historic part of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Bastione di Saint Remy and the Cathedral.
Giuseppe welcomed us, always smiling and attentive to our tastes, and guided us through the traditional specialties. He gave us excellent advice, describing the dishes with the passion of someone who loves his work and the region, and we chatted about our stay in the city, making us feel right at home.
I particularly enjoyed the mix of appetizers—cured meats, cheeses, fava beans and guanciale, a chickpea salad, and truly spectacular eggplant—and the culurgiones. We also ordered malloreddus, porceddu (which we had ordered the day before), seadas, wine, and amari. Everything was simply delicious and at a great price.
We left with happy stomachs, confident that we'd made the right choice, and with the desire to return, typical of those places where you truly feel at home.
Thank you so much: a stop that stole our hearts during our visit to Cagliari! :)

If you are worried about getting stuck in a tourist trip, do not fret: this place is super local, with flavours and that will stay with you even when you leave Sardinia. The service was intentionally slow, so just lean into the Sardinian way of life and take your time and enjoy. The flavours were intense so it might not work for everyone but if you are open to culinary experiences, you cannot go wrong.

A great experience, I recommend this place in Cagliari's historic center. The typical Sardinian menu is truly excellent and varied, the prices are more than fair, and the staff is top-notch.
