10/12/2024: Historic place, and you can see it from the antiques, clean and tidy. Impeccable service, kindness and attention to the customer, never intrusive but always present. There were two of us but the portions were for four! Everything was exceptional, from the starter to the dessert I couldn't find anything that wasn't delicious, it was really worth traveling a few kilometers to have lunch here. We spent €30 each, a more than fair price for what we ate. We will be back to try the other dishes!

31/12/2024: Dopo una pizza in Piazza Garibaldi, una passeggiata e in 10 minuti raggiungiamo questo piccolo locale di nicchia, specializzato in uno dei più tipici e conosciuti dessert sardi, che continua ad essere il "top gun" del settore: due passi sono salutari e ci consentono di non perdere l'occasione di gustare questa delizia, seadas buone si possono trovare in tanti posti, ma queste sono una esperienza de gustativa unica... Se le amate, qui vi faranno scoppiare il cuore, varie combinazioni di seadas e miele possibili per esperienze gustative nuove. Ottima anche la proposta nella carta dei vini dolci da abbinare alle seadas, comprendente piccole produzioni locali. Una eccellenza sarda da premiare.

05/03/2025: Siamo stati a Tempio per la sfilata dei carri del martedì grasso. Abbiamo scelto il ristorante grazie anche alle ottime recensioni che il ristorante ha ricevuto. Positività delle recensioni confermate in pieno. Cordialità e professionista' sono la loro cifra aggiunta ad una cucina non banale che prevede la rivitazione dei ns piatti tipici. Noi abbiamo scelto la proposta menu "Faber" che prevede 3 antipasti a sorpresa dello chef (....sorprendente!! ) un primo ed un dolce....ma consiglierei anche il menu' completo perché la materia prima e' ottima. Segnalo in ultimo l'ottima cantina vini, presenti i migliori vini continentali e sardi. Consiglio a chi si trova dalle parti di Tempio questo ottimo ristorante con location tipico del centro storico della cittadina.

We have always had a great time both for the quality of the food but also for the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Excellent wines. Seasonal menu and very often really good "special dishes". If you are looking for an All u can eat it is not for you, serial devourers. Always at the top and as I always say "if you see me again it means I've always had a good time".

Un tripudio di sapori e una combinazione di tecniche raffinate hanno dato vita a piatti unici nel loro genere. Un servizio attento e premuroso con una conoscenza del menù e dei vini impeccabile.
