From the beginning we felt a special, familiar atmosphere around us, made of friendship, collaboration, competence and maximum availability. We would therefore like to thank in a special way Mr. Giovanni and Francesca who really made us feel at home. The location speaks for itself, care in the internal and external spaces with particular skill of all the staff attentive to details and the needs of the guests. Excellent quality food, good and abundant with a pleasant surprise and satisfaction of everyone. 06/08/2025: Carina la location, piccola ma molto accogliente, in veranda si sta benissimo con un fresco naturale. Servizio puntuale, educato e professionale. Le comandi le prende il titolare che sapientemente consiglia. Ottimi e freschissimi i frutti di mare, le tartare e lo sfilettato di pesce fresco. Buona scelta dei primi e validissima ,tutto nelle giuste proporzioni. Vari i secondi di mare ho gustato la grigliata mista di mare. Il costo onestissimo in linea con l'ottima qualità. Molta attenzione per chi soffre di intolleranze. Dovremo tornarci lo merita.

31/08/2025: Catastrophic. A real tourist trap. Tasteless dishes, a watery salad, ridiculous cheese portions, 50g burrata for 7 euros, excluding services at 3 euros/person. And when I reported it, I was assaulted by the cashier. Unacceptable behavior and welcome. We went to eat again with the children who were still hungry after this restaurant.

20/08/2025: Let me start by saying that it was the only place we found a table at, and I understand why... decent food, very nice location, but terrible staff!!! We were welcomed, and after 15 minutes they hadn't brought us the menu, they came to take our order, I pointed this out and I was again rudely told that he wasn't coming to take our order... we went to pay, after a long wait for a first course, they told us that we had to stay at the table to wait for the bill with two small children!!! The overall service really needs to be reviewed!!!!!

Fortunately, we dine at Caminetto, which offers simple, homemade, yet tasty dishes. The atmosphere is simple yet quiet, with good service. I was able to relax and enjoy the evening away from the chaos. I will definitely be back.

The restaurant is cozy, intimate, homey, and slightly rustic—perfect for those who appreciate authenticity, but inevitably means limited seating. The cuisine is definitely the heart of the place: homemade, generous dishes, faithful to Apulian tradition: orecchiette with turnip tops, tagliolini with scampi, a house antipasto with over 15 courses, a large fried fish platter, snails, mixed roast meats, and much more. Prices are more than fair, generally between €20 and €30 per person, with appetizers around €14 and seafood/meat main courses between €9 and €11. Numerous reviews praise the excellent value for money: "Sincere cuisine, with local products cooked divinely according to tradition." 18/06/2025: In the heart of the historic center of Mesagne, a suggestive outdoor location given the archaeological excavations present in front of the restaurant. There were 12 of us as I said outside the restaurant and there were other tables available. The "Napoletana" pizza was very good and light, draft beers cold to the right point. The staff was kind and friendly, highly recommended! Definitely to return.
