21/08/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant after nearly giving up hope of a better place to eat. We were looking for a simple, rustic place to eat authentic local cuisine. So, while strolling through Ostuni, we saw a scarecrow. We'd already seen it highly recommended online, but honestly, we'd have liked to move a bit further from the center and thought it was too touristy for a restaurant. Finally, intrigued, we decided to stop in, and SURPRISE: inside, it feels like being in the traditional alleys of an old Puglian village. Second SURPRISE: the staff are fantastic, all friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful. It also feels like being in an old-fashioned trattoria where people joke around and make you feel right at home. And finally... but this wasn't a surprise because we'd read about how good the food was... the dishes are amazing. A concise but simple menu, just what we wanted. Generous dishes with authentic flavors, from the appetizers to the AMARO PUGLIESE. In conclusion... "luckily we finally decided to go in, otherwise we would have missed not only a little gem in the heart of Ostuni, but also two truly enjoyable and carefree hours." 23/07/2026: We only stayed for one night because we were passing through. The location is strategic, convenient, and romantic, right on the cliff. Alessandro (the owner) is polite and friendly, as are the rest of the staff. The breakfast was good; with some modernization of the rooms, it would be 5-star. It has everything you need, and it's a romantic throwback to the '90s.

01/03/2026: Leo and Davide. I came today for the first time to Martina's Kiriko Bistriate place, and I found it nothing less, but more. Leo, the bartender, was very responsible and kind. He explained to us which cocktails are best. And I asked if they had my favorite cocktail, Sex on the Beach, and he said he could make it. He was very good. And that flavor, which I haven't found in years. The mascot of the place is a cat who stole my heart. And Davide is also kind, you can see they know how to work. I'll be back soon for this price and also for the beauty of the place. ❤️ thank you.
