09/08/2026: The outdoor setting is very nice. We ordered a chicken steak and an Angus steak. They were very tender and flavorful. The berry cheesecake was also excellent. The waiters were very friendly. Prices were reasonable.

I savored every bite with enthusiasm. Every dish was a masterpiece. Kudos to the entire staff and, above all, to the kitchen: technique, passion, and quality were superb...
Five stars are too few.
For next year, I know where I'll be spending my vacation in Salento!

08/08/2026: I was there last night and the place was super crowded, but despite that, the three ladies in the dining room took care of our every request, accommodating everything, always friendly and kind.
We tried several starters, starting with spectacular seafood spaghetti, mussels and clams spaghetti, and sea and mountain paccheri.
For the main course, we ordered two fried dishes to share, and we were so pleased to see the shrimp already peeled, as well as the freshness of the calamari, mussels, and clams.
A wide selection of desserts, too.
We'll be back!

13/08/2026: Every time we return for vacation, we make a must-visit to Andrea and his wife! The best pizza I've ever tasted, light and flavorful dough with quality ingredients! Andrea is a top pizza chef, and his wife provides excellent service! The place isn't fancy, but it's welcoming and clean, making you feel right at home! It's always a pleasure to return every year and eat a good pizza ❤️ I recommend it to anyone who wants to try a good pizza and loves a quiet place!

17/08/2026: We arrived in Costernino around 7 pm and went to reserve an outside table for 8:30 pm. We waited until 10:30 pm to be served and an hour and a half for an inside table. We don't speak Italian very well, but we felt like we were being taken for fools! The food was good, though, and the bill was good value for money. The waitress who took care of our table was lovely and made the effort to speak French, understanding that our Italian was limited. A very mixed review, because you can see the team is working hard, but despite that, the wait wasn't worth the reservation. Be patient.

04/08/2026: The best bombette we ate on our trip to Puglia are clearly made by expert hands, just the right amount of flavor and perfectly cooked, and can be eaten in one bite. The wait at the restaurant is quite long, but with a bottle of wine the wait becomes more pleasant, at least for us because there are plenty of people in line anyway. You order Nullo, wait for them to serve you, and then sit at one of the tables outside where there's room. We ended up eating on some nearby steps.
