At the entrance to the old town, Chirico offers a peaceful setting for a lunch on the terrace in the sun. A superb view which enhances an absolutely fabulous cuisine! Succulent dishes, top service, nothing to complain about, it was perfect.

We tasted the famous bombette di Cisternino and the friselle with Capocollo, what can I say... amazing! And everyone is very kind!

All wonderfully fantastic, wonderful day of shopping and then you couldn't miss lunch out in this suggestive place, go there because the welcome reigns supreme, the very good sommelier waiter and then Cisternino as usual makes your head travel... ....... 🤩

Tutto squisito, dal cibo ai ragazzi che ci lavorano. Locale super curato e accogliente. Assolutamente da non perdere i tortelloni e lo stecco gelato.

Trendy, buzzy place for a drink or dinner. We enjoyed cocktails before a meal elsewhere as we were a bit put off by the QR code menus, Facebook and Instagram logos all over the place. It felt a bit like an influencer venue rather than the upscale bistro that it should be. Food did look nice but can’t rate as didn’t eat.

The meatballs and the frise with stracciatella are next level!

Il Chirico Bistrot è un locale interessante sotto vari aspetti: - curato, ma informale; - ricercato senza essere supponente; - in centro senza la bolgia del via vai rumoroso del passeggio turistico. - può essere il posto ideale in cui fermarsi sia se si ha voglia semplicemente di stuzzicare e bere qualcosa, sia se si ha voglia di un pasto più "consistente"; - presenta un menù variegato e con proposte insolite basate su ottime materie prime, interessante carta dei vini e dei distillati. Tutto davvero buono dagli antipasti al dolce passando per i cocktail. Inoltre, nell'estate delle polemiche per i supplementi imposti per la suddivisione di un toast o la richiesta di un piatto, fa piacere segnalare che al Chirico Bistrot hanno un'attenzione e una cura tale del cliente da decidere (in autonomia e senza costi aggiuntivi!!!), in caso si ordini un'unica portata da condividere, di impiattare separatamente le due porzioni. Potrebbe sembrare una cosa ovvia, ma garantisco che non lo è. È stata una carineria... un'accortezza che ci ha sorpreso e coccolato facendoci sentire accolte. Grazie! Simona e Mariella. P.s. Très très bon restaurant et accueil très sympathique dans ce restaurant sur terrasse avec vue. Les plats sont de qualité, le vin est très bon et les prix plutôt raisonnables Je recommande
