He's a my holder und neighbor . whit his sandwich and "crostone" (4 Pieces of tosted bread) like "bruschetta" but with "-one" wich in Italians mean bigger, u Will make a tasty and healthfull "apericena" not an aperitif not a dinner but both. Yeah healthfull cause he use ham and cheese I.G.P. and D.O.P Those two acronimus in Italy means, litterally "Protected Geographical Individuation" and " Origin and Denomination Protected" Stamps we use to protect our food. 13/08/2026: We went last night, recommended by a friend from San Vito. The location was very nice. We ordered appetizers, but they didn't arrive in the quantities we requested. One platter was too much, but we kept it anyway. The two platters showed the coppa (pork cut) very oxidized (dark brown), frankly unpresentable. I didn't comment because I didn't want to start the evening off badly. I ordered a pizza, recommending the cooking (very well done), and it arrived rather raw. I ate it without complaining, just making a comment to the waitress. The other diners ordered other dishes they liked. What can I say? It was far below expectations; I wouldn't recommend it. I suggest drastically overhauling the service, which plays a very substantial role.

09/08/2026: I'll start by saying that the quality of the pizza is average, with fresh ingredients, but the basics are lacking. The dough is tough and chewy. I appreciate both modern and old-fashioned pizza, but this is neither; it's tough and chewy, literally jaw-aching. For €10 for a medium pizza, it's not worth it at all. I've never had it anywhere, and I'm sure the dough wasn't that bad; now it tastes like a Bangladeshi pizza. Total disappointment.

31/05/2026: A lovely and authentic place in the Puglian countryside. The atmosphere is warm and family-friendly, and the staff are genuinely welcoming. The food is well prepared and made with good local ingredients. While everything tasted good, it didn’t particularly surprise us or stand out in a memorable way. Still, it’s a pleasant spot for a relaxed evening and a nice introduction to traditional Puglian cuisine.

10/08/2026: 1 star — Severe food poisoning from raw seafood dish I had dinner here two nights ago, right after arriving in town, and ordered the crudo di pesce. Within hours I developed intense nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps, and ended up being taken to the emergency room. I was formally admitted and treated for food poisoning, and I have the hospital report to prove it. I want to be clear: I have no seafood allergies whatsoever. I eat raw seafood regularly, especially in Italy, without ever having a reaction like this. This wasn't an allergy — it was a reaction to the freshness or handling of the dish itself. What should have been a highlight of my trip turned into a night in the hospital instead. I'd strongly urge the kitchen to review how this dish is sourced and prepared, and I'd caution other diners — especially those unfamiliar with the area — to be careful ordering raw seafood here. I won't be returning, and I'm sharing this so others can make an informed choice.

The atmosphere is refined and original, but the real highlight is the cocktails: creative, sophisticated, and unique, prepared with meticulous attention to detail. A place that manages to surprise and is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for an out-of-the-ordinary experience.

The owner is the brother of the same family (friendly, welcoming), the hostess is an excellent "mother in the kitchen," and her daughter is extremely helpful and kind. 18/08/2026: Because of its proximity to our accommodation, we ate here today. It was delicious, and thankfully, we were one of the first guests. It got busier and busier, which is great, of course. However, we noticed something. Since we work in this field ourselves, we sometimes see things a little differently. Mr. Giovanni seems to be handling everything (even though he doesn't speak English), from taking orders to paying the bill. This is quite difficult in a full restaurant. There were plenty of staff, but they had no job other than carrying food. As a result, we had to wait a very long time for further orders and the bill. In the meantime, other guests were turned away. Our table would have been free again long ago. This shouldn't be taken as criticism, but simply as an improvement on our part. Sometimes you have to delegate. 😉
