Masseria Palombara Ristorante

22/03/2026: There are experiences that define your day, others your stay, and some your life. Palombara belongs to this last category. Everything about it is memorable:
- the quality of the service
- the kindness and warm energy of the staff
- the beauty of the setting
- the quality of the restaurant
- the spa, perfectly equipped and nestled in a magnificent setting that blends seamlessly with the rest of the property.
Finally, what stands out most is that everything is done to make you feel at home, and they succeed. Once settled in, it becomes very difficult to leave the Masseria. We had to resign ourselves to it, with a heavy heart.
22/03/2026: Masseria Palombara is heaven in Puglia. We stayed there in March 26, the weather was rainy and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to settle down for a few days. The staff is incredibly warm and thoughtful and the place is absolutely gorgeous. The interior design, wether of the room or of communal spaces, is full of taste, largely done with second hand furnitures yet feeling modern, with a perfectly well managed lighting and fireplaces everywhere (even in the spa!) crackling from early morning to late at night. I loved that the room didn’t have a TV, it felt very relaxing. The gardens are also beautiful (and must be quite something in the summer). The spa is well equipped and beautifully integrated in the facilities. It’s truly a place where you can spend time and relax. I loved the breakfast (not another buffet, at last!), and we didn’t bother have diner anywhere else because the evening menu is just as delicious. It was hard to leave, we’ve been gone for a few hours and miss it already. I hope that you’ll have a lovely stay there.

24/02/2026: Dinner was affordable for everyone. I tried fried food, wine, and the house antipasto à caddie. Everything was delicious, especially the hot appetizers. Very fast and well-organized with a great staff. The place, discovered thanks to colleagues, is beautiful.
21/01/2026: A lovely venue suitable for various ceremonies. The classic appetizers are good, the few fried items are heavy but due to the oil, and the pizzas are good and thin.

20/08/2025: I come to this pizzeria often and always have a great experience. The pizzas are delicious, with fresh ingredients and a light, non-heavy dough. The service is always friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for spending an evening with friends. One thing I really appreciated was that they always offered me a limoncello or an amaro at the end of my order, a sign of their attentiveness and kindness to their customers. One of the best pizzerias in the area, highly recommended!

The house appetizer was truly delicious, with fresh products prepared with professionalism and a lot of Oritano heart. The hot appetizers arrived piping hot, everything with a typical Oritano flavor, and the pizza was equally good. Compliments to the waitress who, in addition to serving us, also pampered us with her kindness. She was excellent! ❤️ Compliments to the owner, Massimo, who upholds the name "Ristorante Pizzeria da Saverio." Compliments to everyone! 💯
I regret not taking photos of the wonderful appetizer dishes, but I was too busy enjoying them! 😋😋😋

09/04/2026: Typical seafood restaurant in the beautiful Oria, space a bit limited, start a bit slow because the kind owner is the only one taking orders, but then everything is fine, excellent appetizers, super Catalan, first courses so-so, fair price!
29/03/2026: Nice restaurant, light table setting, long, if not very long, wait times.
Good ingredients, but I'm disappointed there's no allergens section on the menu, nor even an asterisk for frozen products (I challenge any restaurant not to have a single frozen item on the menu).
Prices are normal.

01/11/2025: We went to this place last night...what can I say? Speechless! If there were 100 stars, I'd give them all...everything was excellent, from the food (huge appetizers), to the lovely owners, and very reasonable prices. My advice? Go soon!!
25/08/2025: My family and I decided to have dinner one evening. Ridiculous portions...a paltry grilled meat and ridiculous side dishes (two tiny slices of zucchini and two of eggplant).
Very mediocre for a total of €64 for 4 people.
Avoid, go elsewhere.

An authentic taste experience – excellence even away from home
On a short trip outside our hometown, we had the pleasure of discovering this pizzeria/rotisserie, and were truly impressed.
Everything speaks of passion: from the warm welcome to the cleanliness of the premises, from the quality of the ingredients to the care with which each dish is prepared and served. The fragrant pizzas, the light and flavorful fried foods, the genuine simplicity of the flavors speak of a cuisine that doesn't need special effects to be remembered.
It's rare to find places like this, where you can sense true dedication to the customer, attention to detail, and a perfect balance between informality and professionalism. While we can't recommend it directly to our guests because it's outside our area, we feel we must share and promote it.
As tourism professionals and managers of Suite Laurel in Fasano, we know how much quality and authentic hospitality make a difference. And here, we can say with conviction: we truly felt like "guests," not just customers.

18/11/2025: A typical Italian neighborhood restaurant. Great food, great service, friendly but not overly so. They don't come over and ask twenty times if everything is to your liking; simply superb. And then those prices! Compare that to the Netherlands. For two glasses of wine there, you get a whole bottle here!

30/09/2025: Mimmo the owner is a very professional and very kind person, I have been a customer for many years and I have ALWAYS eaten very well and at reasonable prices, from the classic pizza to the scrocchiarella and at lunch, everything is truly excellent and authentic, I highly recommend it to everyone.
