28/06/2026: We booked a table through a friend of ours who is also a relative of the owner. When we arrived, the table wasn't there. He started to mumble excuses. We waited while the others arrived and sat down at the table they had booked. Then he kept telling us that at one table they were about to finish dinner, so it wasn't. In short, our table wasn't booked. A terrible experience, not serious at all. I will never return.

19/07/2026: Visited with friends and family on a busy Sunday evening. Service was ok, but not forthcoming with explanations. Food was good enough but expected a bit more. Eg chips were clearly the regular frozen potato chips rather than homemade ones.

18/07/2026: I dined at this restaurant during a vacation in the area. Excellent traditional Apulian cuisine. The orecchiette are absolutely delicious and come with a variety of toppings. The staff were very friendly and professional.

09/07/2026: A restaurant with a very unique rustic decor, outside Ceglie Messapica. You can't pass it by, you have to go there on purpose. We went there on the recommendation of the guy we took the Ape tour of Ostuni with, and we thank him wholeheartedly. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, both the owner and the waiters, all young and well-trained. I only gave the atmosphere three stars because there's no air conditioning, which is essential for me in this heat. The food, however, deserves five stars and more; it's the only restaurant where I found dishes that were different from the usual offerings. Starting with the appetizer, which consists of a whopping 16 courses, including special fried dishes like prickly pear paddles or frittatas with wild herbs. Unfortunately, after the appetizer, we were already full and didn't eat anything else, until dessert, a refreshing apple and orange grenadine, almost a sorbet. The price was fair for the quality.

05/07/2026: We went to Gino's and had a really good time! The atmosphere is authentic, no-frills, and you immediately feel at ease. The staff is friendly and always smiling, while the dishes are generous, carefully prepared, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. A place where you eat well and experience true hospitality. If you're passing through Ceglie Messapica, it's definitely worth a stop. Kudos to the entire staff; keep up the good work!

09/07/2026: We went there a few Sundays ago for lunch. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the portions never ended. But don't complain to the owner about the abundance; he'd just say, "Shut up and eat." Highly recommended.

16/06/2026: Three stars because 2 for the potatoes and 1 for the meat. Everything was good, but I'm very disappointed that I came four years ago and they made meatballs, fried cooked ham, and much more. When I came yesterday, none of this was available, even with the excuse that they no longer fried.

22/07/2026: We had a fantastic evening. The food was spectacular, offering both fries and a sandwich at a fair price. The waiters were also very kind and accommodating to our every request. It's definitely worth trying in the winter because inside there are unique pieces of history with special items from the '80s, '90s, and '00s. The menu was the best thing; it was a record, and the sauce basket was unique and special. Excellent for those who want to travel back in time. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a nice evening with friends or family and relive the good old days.

24/06/2026: A pizzeria nestled in the quietest part of Ceglie... Delicious pizza, as is the staff. But the real gem are the cats that wander between the tables and that they look after themselves ❤️ The only flaw, which doesn't affect the review at all, is that the pizza chefs listen to Gigi D'Alessio 🤣 Everything was top-notch, guys!

07/05/2026: The restaurant immediately strikes you with its excellent layout: an industrial style with meticulous attention to detail, spacious spaces, and impeccable cleanliness. Although the lighting is a bit overpowering, the overall atmosphere remains pleasant. ​The Pizzas: A decidedly positive note. The dough is well-crafted, light, and much appreciated. ​The Appetizers: Here's where the sour notes begin. Despite an inviting presentation, the quality of the ingredients is penalized by obvious technical errors. The meatballs were disappointing (too much bread and a bland flavor), as were the gratinated mussels and the rest of the menu, which lacked bite on the palate. ​Regarding Service and Management, the restaurant's weak point is unfortunately the service. The staff lacks the necessary professionalism and attention to detail that such a beautiful setting would require. In contrast, a special mention goes to the owner, who stood out for her courtesy and great availability. ​The restaurant has enormous potential, but needs a change of pace. A more attentive staff management and a different "hand" in the kitchen, capable of enhancing the dishes with a few simple technical adjustments, would be enough to make the experience truly satisfying. Excellent for the pizza, but questionable for the rest.

A culinary experience not to be missed, absolutely worth trying!
