14/05/2026: We had an amazing lunch here. Such great service and the best meal we have had in Italy. Highly recommend the fresh oysters, octopus, steak and desserts. Everything was so fresh and delicious. It came recommended by a local restaurant owner and it really didn’t disappoint.

The service is impeccable.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available to recommend wine pairings or specialty dishes. The atmosphere is warm and convivial, perfect for a romantic dinner, an evening with friends, or a family meal.
16/01/2026: A great find, Antonio is super welcoming and kind, and the cuisine is simple but high-quality.
I recommend the carbonara.

24/07/2026: It's always a positive experience at this little restaurant in Savelletri. Menus change daily, excellent dishes with attention to detail, an interesting wine list, and a warm welcome from the staff (including Chef Antonio and his wife).
Whenever I come here, a stop is almost a must. Thank you, and well done for your work.

Menu with just a few dishes, just what I like. The quality and freshness of the fish is excellent.
On the downside: the tourist prices. Paying €25 for a plate of four local shrimp, even though they were fresh, seems excessive. I also didn't think the dessert was adequate for the price.
Unfortunately, the area is suffering too much from the growing tourist trend. Unfortunately, Puglia now has the same prices as restaurants in Milan.

25/07/2026: I waited for the memory of your first pranzo served in Fasano to settle! Hunger is not a good counselor! Now after having had lunch in various locations, I can say that the lunch here was among the best! Impeccable service! And the air conditioning inside at 35 degrees is a godsend!

02/05/2026: I can honestly say that Borgo Egnazia is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. It is not just about the stunning infrastructure, the real magic lies in the people and the service. Everyone is warm, kind, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It truly feels like being welcomed into a local family.
A special thank you to Loredana, Gianvito, Rosita, Giacomo, and Devid, who treated my wife and me like family and made our stay unforgettable. You all did an amazing job, cheers to the entire Borgo Egnazia team.
Everything is simply top notch. The food, the gelato shop, the golf course, and every corner of the property are 10 out of 10.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a once in a lifetime experience.

It’s really hard to top what you can find here. Even if this was not enough, the service is impeccable and the maitre Jack is the best in the world! Highly recommended: no chance visiting Puglia without stopping by at Coccaro Beach club restaurant

We were lucky enough to be seated in a small romantic wine room with a table for 2, with all the wines around us.

There were a few misunderstandings with the bill, but we were able to sort them out. Everything was fresh and tasty.
09/06/2026: We ate at this restaurant a few nights ago and were amazed by the deliciousness of the first courses. The appetizers are also delicious. I recommend reserving a table outside, as it gets very hot inside in the summer.

30/06/2026: What to say… at the end of the evening the hardest part is to say goodbye to Silve and Mama, to the outstanding food and ingredients, to the familial atmosphere.
Second hardest part is to stand up and walk because we were absolutely stuffed, like maialini.
Silvestro always says “don’t cry”, but I’m crying because I wish Anthony Bourdain were alive to see this.
25/06/2026: This place is amazing and you are treated like a member of their family for the entire dinner. I would fly back to Italy just to experience this restaurant again.
