27/09/2025: The food is good and the staff is friendly. Takeout is best because there's limited seating (including in the dining room converted from the former perfumery) and it fills up quickly on busy days.

11/09/2025: We stumbled upon this bistro by chance and had a pretty good meal: The frise were spectacular (I recommend the one with eggplant, cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes). The orecchiette with tomato and burrata were neither good nor bad. The price is average, but if you have to go, stock up on their appetizers.

10/09/2025: It was okay. Unfortunately, nothing more. The food was okay. The wine was okay. Some of the staff were friendly, some not so much. All in all, just okay.

31/10/2025: Pork shank is delicious and tender with a side of crispy fries. Cozy, clean, nicely decorated. Highly recommended!

24/08/2025: Returning after several years, the location is overall well-maintained and clean... The exterior could use a bit more attention. Table service is decent, and the food quality is overall good, but the quantities are limited. The paccheri with seafood were a no-no. We paid around €40 per person for an appetizer, first course, and fruit (the latter was not requested but consumed because it was automatically brought to the table), all small portions... I don't think I can recommend it except in extreme cases.

02/08/2025: We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary. The dishes, from appetizer to dessert, were exquisite, blending tradition and innovation! The waiters were very helpful and accommodating. The location was magnificent, in charming Ceglie Messapica.

23/11/2025: We went for lunch on the recommendation of a friend and had a truly wonderful meal. Simple yet carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and generous portions. You can taste the cuisine prepared with care and without frills, just like in a true Apulian osteria. The staff is friendly, attentive but never intrusive, and the atmosphere is just right: warm, informal, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch without the tourist trap feel. Excellent value. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

27/06/2025: Sono stato più volte a cenare in questa masseria, siamo per occasioni sia per cene di coppia. La struttura racchiude l'essenza delle masserie pugliesi, semplicemente elegante e stupenda. La loro proposta gastronomica privilegia prodotti e ricette locali con un pizzico di rivisitazione, il giusto per non guastare. Continuare così proponete un connubio perfetto tra locale e cibo..

15/06/2025: Posto fantastico...ritorniamo sempre volentieri e ogni volta rimaniamo colpiti dalla bontà, varietà dei piatti, freschezza dei prodotti, raffinatezza, nonché dalla professionalità e simpatia del personale coordinato al top da Martino "punta di Diamante" del locale a cui vanno i nostri complimenti più sinceri. 17/11/2025: Poor experience. Very crowded and disorganized place. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately asked to order meat. We asked for medium rare. In the meantime, we ordered orecchiette with tomato sauce. After an hour and a half, they brought them. After another hour, the meat arrived. An entrecote, terrible, tough, burnt. Normal sausage. We pointed out the incident to the owner, but he didn't respond and, in the end, the bill was very high. They don't care about the satisfaction of the occasional customer. The important thing is to satisfy the local customers, regulars. We noticed this in the difference, both in the dishes and in the treatment.

02/11/2025: We were there this evening and never again! 3 euros per person for cover charge, sitting on a bench and practically glued to the next table, so much so that I was elbowed by the lady behind me... service was poor to say the least, the waitress barely showed up a couple of times. We ordered meat with side dishes that never arrived, finding ourselves eating the meat without any accompaniments. Total 175 euros for 4 people!!!! At this price I would have eaten caviar and champagne. Truly exorbitant prices and the meat was cooked too rare.

18/09/2025: My family and I stayed in San Vito dei Normanni for 10 days. The apartment was lovely, the weather was good, and the location was beautiful. However, for the first few days, we struggled to find a place that catered to the pesky "gluten-free" issue and that we liked. During our last few days, we discovered that in Carovigno, a town very close to us, there was a place called "Pizzeria Express Music Pub Cafe," not an "AIC" restaurant. It's more of a restaurant than a pizzeria, where the owner, Imma, is celiac herself, and knows how to treat this particular condition (and handicap for those who eat out). We returned four days in a row...the variety on the menu was completely satisfying, not to mention the quality. From the excellent pizza, to the first courses (I highly recommend the shrimp gnocchi) and orecchiette with meatballs, to the meat and fish main courses (the fried fish and seafood salad are delicious), the side dishes, not to mention the "puccie" (Salento focaccia) filled with anything, which made my two children happy. Last but not least, the portions on your plate ensure you'll never be left hungry. The prices are moderate to low. Imma, Cosimo, and the entire staff complete this harmonious place with their friendliness, cordiality, professionalism, and kindness, things that are somewhat forgotten these days. Unfortunately, we only discovered this little place in the last few days. If you're passing through, don't miss the opportunity...not just for celiacs, but for everyone. P.S. At the end of your meal, ask for Piero's lemon cream...a unique treat. Beautiful memories that will remain forever in our hearts.

11/09/2025: Everything was good... from the appetizers to the first courses, to the second courses, to the pizzas... and the service was fabulous and incredibly fast. Highly recommended.

04/11/2025: In a bucolic and original setting, in the heart of a cave, we ate very well, the service was very friendly and we were very well received! Our last evening in Ostuni was a great success.

30/10/2025: We had two pizzas and a pasta. It was delicious, but both pizzas were burnt. Still, it's a very nice location.
